we went to buy a table that we could only find at havertys. after we paid for it, the table came in a couple of days later. we checked It out and it was scratched pretty bad, not a big deal it happens. we refuse it and they ordered another one. I called Sunday to see if it was in and they informed me it was. when I got there they tried to show me the same table then once I pointed it out, I was told it was never reordered and they would deliver it for free on the following Friday. I called Thursday to make sure everything was still good to go and was told that my order was cancelled a week and a half ago. So I asked about the money I paid them and the lady said" oh we still have your money" when I asked why have you had my money for over a week and a half with no order, they acted like it was no big deal. the order was finally fixed and was delivered damaged again. Im not sure if all havertys are this bad but the McDonough store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, through out the entire ordeal I was never once apologized to or asked what they can do to fix this until I called corporate and explained that the store was basically stealing my money.
