That Guy Rob

Do not use a gun as collateral for a personal loan there. They will rip you off. My girl took my shotgun there and they took it and gave her the loan with no problem. Afterwards she came back to pay it off and get the gun back and they refused to give it back to her because it had a pistol grip on it. Shes 19 and they had no problem taking it from her but they wont give it back to her even though its my gun. Shotguns are legal to sell to anyone over 18. But apparently because it says "pistol" grip they refused to give it back. So they took the pistol grip off and changed the butt stock so she could take it home and guess what?!? I have to go there and buy my own pistol grip butt stock back from them at extra charge. And they are charging me a new sale price!!! If thats not a rip off then I dont know what is.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had some electronics stolen from me and called to ask them to keep an eye out and give them my case number in case someone came in with it hoping that even though its a pawn shop and they would lose some money, that they would still be decent humans willing to help another human. The woman who answered told me it wasnt a good idea to call them because they wouldnt buy it knowing they would lose money and tried to hang up as I was saying Id rather them have my case number just in case anyway. It would have been fine if she were politely giving advice, but instead she was rude and definitely not willing to help a girl out. Why add more crap onto a crappy situation?

Hi my names pam.i just bought my daugther candy ann wood a laptop from these people today.soon as i got home i was EXCITED!soon did i find out it charged up fully and then it shut iff!i turned it back in and it cut off again.i will be taking it back tomorrow!if i do not get yhe cash back i will go to a local news stations to get them to do a segment on the news!so that people will know not to buy a thing from this shop.they knew with out a doubt this product had isses.but.sild it to me anyways.i will not stop till the doors are closed on this shady company!

This past year I became a first time pawn shop customer in need of a cash loan on some of my high value musical instruments. I give the staff and management at Picasso Pawn an A+ for the awesome experience I have had with them. Melinda, Paula, and the rest of the staff have treated my instruments with the finest care while providing me the best loan available in town. Overall the service, value, and entire experience at a Picasso has been better than I had hoped for!!!

I really appreciate that Picasso Pawn gives you a notification call as a reminder so you dont forfeit anything, should you forget. Today Paula was friendly and helpful, as have any Picasso employees who have helped me in the past. Staff image is very consistent, courteous and professional. Store is always clean and attractive, great merchandise, practically new condition. This business really stands out. I would highly recommend shopping here to anybody !

If you are looking for quality products and you do not want to pay full retail prices, then you should go to Picasso Pawn (store number 8 in Wilmington). The store is clean and organized so it makes it easy to browse the inventory. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They carry a wide range of inventory and the customer service is excellant. I have made multiple purchases and I would highly recommend them.

I used to shop here on the regular but several new employees have severe attitude problems. Seems to be exceptionally bad if you are a male. The newest employee aisa is a doll and super sweet and helpful. The others I can do without the poor temperament and hassle they seem to enjoy going out of there way to inflict. I used to love it and gave it 5 stars, but had to come back and edit my initial post.

Great place and very organized. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. However I noticed that the prices for some of their electronics is high. For example the iPads or Mac books if they have them normally would be the same price if not more then a certified refurbished one on the apple official website. So be sure to double check and look around first to compare prices.
