I was referred to Steve by a friend thats from Easton and was extremely happy with the final product and the entire experience!! I live across the country, but really wanted to work with someone that I could trust and made me feel comfortable, since I know so little about jewelry and its pricing. Because I am so far away, all of our communication was done via email and over the phone. Steve was very prompt with his reply and helped me understand every bit of the process. From sending me pictures, to offering me amazing advice, he was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process, even when I changed my mind on something after the order was completed. I would highly recommend Shearer the Jeweler if your nearby, or even across the country!

We are transplants and new to Easton MD. Months ago, Shearer the Jeweler was actually recommended by another Easton jewelry store (now closed) who balked at doing a battery replacement on a Tiffany watch. No problem here! Since then we have had other jewelry repaired, tweaked or adjusted. This business is a GEM, and these guys are outstanding! Every person there is professional and obviously experienced; and customer service is excellent. Repairs are quick, and pricing is very fair and reasonable. Shearer is truly a class act.

The customer service at this store is nothing short of exceptional. I only went there for a watch repair and was astounded by the courteous, professional and friendly service I received. This store is well appointed with a vast selection of high quality jewelry and the atmosphere is pleasant and the salespeople are not aggressive or "pushy" to make a sale. I truly recommend this establishment.

Took my Bulova to get a new battery. Girl came back out saying they couldnt get the back off. Got to the car, noticed the one long scratch on the back face, and several deep gouges where they attempted to pry it off. The girl, of course, didnt bother to mention the hack job. Thank god its not the outer face. While there they tried to get us to try on some jewelery. LOL.

As you walk in, youre greeted with the atmosphere of a high end jewelry store, friendly local specialists & not to mention a wide selection of products! After informing what I was looking to purchase, I was guided by the Jeweler himself to a collection of special gold chains to pick from....Definitely would recommend !
