We have been going to Mangan jewelers for over 25 years. My husbands parents and their friends in Arlington recommended them to us. Soft-spoken Tom Mangan, the owner, is a most knowledgeable professional in his field and he is dedicated to high quality. The shop isnt large but Mangans has a beautiful selection of fine jewelry, and a group of lovely, welcoming people who have been with him for many years. Most importantly, Tom Mangan and his associates there inspire the highest level of trust in doing business with them --- whether buying, making modifications to jewelry pieces, getting appraisals, or sometimes just asking and getting honest advice.
