I walked in to Diamond Concepts not knowing what to expect, but was met with the best customer service and personalities I experienced in my extensive ring shopping. I couldnt decide between two beautiful rings (the majority of those on display are actually made by Mike and his family) so I asked Mike if he could combine the two. I only gave him five days to do so and it turned out far better than I ever expected. Naturally, my fiancee and I went back for our wedding rings. Not only is Mike custom making our wedding bands but he included us in the experience, taking the time to explain the process and even let us behind the counter to help make the wax mold! Diamond Concepts is amazing! They worked with me to custom-design the engagement ring I wanted for my fiancee (see the attached photo), and did a WONDERFUL job with it. Mike, the gentleman who built it for me, completed it in 2 weeks, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. They have also re-sized a ring on the fly while visiting the mall, fixed a silver necklace, and generally provide bright and happy dispositions every time I visit them. This place is not your typical chain store like Zales. Diamond Concepts is my go to team whenever I need jewelry!

Great store and great dealer. Full disclosure, I didnt buy from here because the specific style I was looking for wasnt in stock but they have an amazing selection and were very helpful and easy to work with. If Im not mistaken, they include a warranty with purchase and it was actually a better warranty than other places I check with that insist you pay extra for one. This will definitely be my first stop for any jewelry shopping!

Mike is why I only go to his store for jewelry. I met him when I was buying an engagement ring and just recently bought a mothers ring. 5 years passed between these two purchases, and he remembered me when i walked in the store the second time! No pressure salesman...just makes what you want and is willing to spend time with the customers.
