CROOOOOOKS! Not one to write reviews, especially bad ones but this was a pretty horrific experience. I simply went to them to them to get screw backs put on my diamond earrings, which was bought elsewhere as a Christmas gift. She couldnt get the screw backs put on in time for Christmas. So, I went to Elite Jewelers a few months later to have it done and I left it with them for a few days. However, when I received my earrings, they looked nothing like the earrings I left with them. One was slightly larger than the other and they both had blatant inclusions visible to the naked eye which were NOT apparent before. Of course, at this point it becomes a he said she said battle. The manager, Moe, seemed understanding and offered to exchange them out. Lol, heres the kicker. So, after they swapped my earrings out for these pieces of s*** diamonds, he offered to swap them out for even smaller earrings, and when I wasnt happy with those he offered me earrings that were clearly chipped with even worse inclusions. So, I get that you might want to swap my earring out with those just to see if Ill notice because maybe Im an idiot and I wont notice, but I dont understand how you could even have that out in your show case. You should be embarrassed to even call yourself a jewelry store, and then have the audacity to name yourself an elite one at that. Honestly, I went to them because they charged a little less than the other jewelry stores in the mall for the screw backs, and I figured its just screw backs whats the big deal right? I was wrong... I wish I wouldve spent the extra $100 and went elsewhere. Its not like I cant buy another pair of earrings, its a couple grand, I live a pretty comfortable life. I just feel bad for the person who gifted them to me, because they spent their time, effort, and money to pick out this gift for me and I went to this crooked jewelry store to get the screw backs put on and got screwed over. Im not saying everyone there is a crook or a thief but not everyone there is honest either and do you really want to test your luck to see which one youll get? Everyone has the right to choose who they want to do business with, if you choose to do business with them after reading this... Im sorry but you deserve whats coming to you.

I randomly stumbled upon Elite at Fair Oaks mall while shopping around for a promise ring for my fiance last year. I walked in just "browsing" and was greeted by Moe, the manager. I explained to him what I was looking for and what my budget was, and he gave me several options within my range. We ended up getting a very unique and beautiful ring for a fantastic deal. Great experience and we definitely walked away happy campers! Fast forward a year... A couple of months ago we started looking at engagement rings, and we did A LOT of research (bigger investment), went to several stores (including the two big name diamond importers in the area), and then came back to Elite. Same deal, I gave Moe my budget and told him exactly what we were looking for. At first they didnt have what we wanted in store, so they ended up bringing in several GIA certified diamonds to the store for us to look at (at a fair deposit, of course - no store will just keep bringing you diamonds without a commitment), until we found the perfect one (not many stores would be that patient and accommodating). They also didnt have the wedding band my fiance wanted, and ended up custom making the exact the design that she had in mind. Were both extremely happy with the fully custom set she ended up with. Again, great experience!! Most of our dealings were with Moe, but every single person we encountered at the store have been very nice, patient, welcoming and accommodating. The customer service here is great, the selection of GIA certified diamonds they have access to is amazing, the prices are fantastic, and the custom work is beautiful. We will definitely continue to come back to Elite, and will/have already recommended them!

They literally got yelp to take down all their horrific reviews, but I am going to go further to extend my review. Im not even going to say be careful with these people, Im just going to say dont bother with these people. They are all crooks. They are scam artists. They sell laser drilled diamonds, and they switch out diamonds as well. Theyll tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. You arent actually buying what theyre selling you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My fiancé and I bought both of our wedding bands here. Excellent customer service and affordable prices on their wedding rings. The jeweler went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and that we were satisfied with our purchase. I have had bad experiences previously shopping at mall jewelry stores, but this one was excellent.

When a special order necklace with gemstones was not to my satisfaction, Moe took care of the issue. When I re-received the item, it was exactly as I had envisioned and met all my expectations. Moe was very helpful and did all he could to make sure we were satisfied. Thanks, Moe.

Their Jewller doesnt know how to set gemstones into rings well. Embarrassingly bad.

Dont buy here they sell chipped or cracked diamonds with zero value any where else.
