I am a little disappointed as I feel lied to...My husband went a week prior to my daughter and I going...She and I went, got our exam, and picked out glasses. Hers were ready the next day (mainly because we didnt get finalized until almost 6pm and I wasnt going to ask them to rush through making her lenses) although we received a text they were ready by 653pm. I was told that my lenses were normal in stock lenses however, they were out of them but more were being ordered the next day and they receive shipments every day. I was also told that those lenses would be received quickly and my glasses would be ready by the following Monday or Tuesday. When I called this morning, I was told they are not going to be ready until the following Thursday. That is 2 weeks to wait for a pair of non-name brand glasses with not crazy prescription lenses. I am a little upset about it and feel that I am consistently given the run around the two times I have questioned the availability. It is important in a business for everyone to communicate effectively and efficiently and provide the same answers to consumers every time...I am not sure that we will be returning to this store.

My daughter, 14 years old, wears glasses. I took her and her prescription to this location. We waited a very long time but that was not the problem. When her glasses were ready 2 hours later she told the employee she could not see well out of one lens. She told her she had to get use to them. My daughter said but its bad. The employee looked at it and the prescription and said the prescription was off and it wouldnt be ready until the next day (we live 30 minutes away). So we come back the next day, Kennedy complains again about not being able to see. Again the employee says she has to get use to them. Her school nurse checks her eyes and sends a note saying the prescription is not correct. We go BACK to Eyemart a different employee looks at it and immediately says thats the wrong prescription. They eventually got it right but the inconvenience was not worth it at all. And each time we waited well over 30 minutes. They offered no compensation at all for the MONTH is trouble and her poor vision with the Glasses. I will not be returning to any Eyemart Express evere again

The ladies here are definitely not customers of chick fil a if they were they would display better customer service. I heard them complain about being disappointed with the sales they have gotten. Stop talking and dealing with their customers to talk to a neighboring employee "Sam" to make sure he knew they noticed him next door. The same girl was working with a Spanish speaking family and began to curse in English amidst her peer, who appeared shocked but also in front of the families kids who guess what spoke perfect English. The glasses on display were dirty and so were the mirrors. I had actually walked out of this place twice because of the rude behaviors. While complaining at work about my experience there. a co worker suggested that I try once more but this time she said her friend MAurice would be working and she promised he would take care of me....what do you know. I had a wonderful experience. He sold me what I needed I was happy but I Will never go back there again because of his peers. I hope he goes to lenscrafters so I can shop with him again.

Good option for glasses I visited this location on August 20, 2013. Although Lisa and Quentin were busy, Lisa offered a friendly welcome as I entered. As others arrived, the staff reminded them to sign in so each person would be served in the order in which he/she arrived. I was served within 20 minutes. Quentin was helpful, efficient and worked with me on choosing affordable options. I was told the glasses would be really in two hours, but was notified via text that they were ready in 90 minutes. The shop offers a wide range of frames, starting at only 9.95. Frames have a one-year warranty. Overall pricing was very competitive as compared to similar quick service merchants. I would recommend this business to anyone needing affordable glasses quickly. Eyemart Express does accept most insurance plans.

Went there one day (Thru July 28,2016) and bought two pair of glasses. 1 pair was sold to me when I got to work noticed they were crooked. Took them back the next day (fri July 29, 2016) to get them straightened. The guy said they looked good and as I left and got to work I realised the whole frame was crooked. Went to Wal-Mart to get them corrected and they are still crooked. And had to drive 45min there and back. Totally not happy would recommend you take the time to inspect your glasses and bring someone with you to do the same. This my second time going there and each time something was wrong. Will not be a third.

My father had an eye exam from his regular optometrist and he decided to get his glasses at Eyemart because of their promise of glasses within an hour. We went on a Saturday at 2pm. They said because they were busy it would be Monday at130p before it would be ready. They got there at 1pm, the glasses were not ready. They had to make a couple of adjustments because still was not right. So by 5pm the glasses were ready. To say the least my father was not happy. Of course the price was low. So the saying " you get what you pay for" is correct at Eyemart. Beware of getting your glasses here!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT EYEMART EXPRESS, GREENSBORO, NC I had never been here before and I was glad to find a great bargain on glasses. The associates were efficient in helping customers and they sent me a text message when my glasses were ready for pick up in less than 2 hours from ordering them. They had a nice selection of frames and they were all marked with the prices so it was easy to tell which ones were in the price range I wanted. I would return here again in the future when I am in need of glasses again. Lisa Gunn, the manager, helped me as did Jill, they were both helpful.

Visited the Greensboro location on 03/03/14 was helped within 20 min. by Jill.She was very nice and helpful. I ordered 2 pair of glasses, one was ready within 2 hours and the other will be ready in about a week(because of a special lens). Had to go back on 03/04 because of a mistake on my lens made by the Dr. not by Eyemart.Was helped this time as soon as I walked in the door by Jill and Lisa and both were very nice, helpful, and professional. I even changed the frames on that pair with no problem...Will return in the future and recommend to friends..

Several Experiences with Lisa& Staff at Wendover location.Bought 2 pairs of glasses since first of year.Great Experience with everyone there&no high pressure sales at all .Like anything else do your homework before showing up.Things go so much smoother.They do stay busy.So you have to be patient with them for sure.I showed up yesterday little after 11am& only one other person there.I was in&out.Just makesure you sign in first when arrive.Yes,you are not the only important customer they have to service.Great Price..
