Been at Kay Jewelers on a few different occasions. Bought a gorgeous necklace for my significant other on Valentines day, and also visited them in search of my new watch. Very helpful and knowledgable staff! Big thanks to Thee, she was the one to help me out both times. Always willing to go an extra mile for her customers! Prices are reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend this place!

Had a very pleasant experience when buying my wedding band here. The sales rep was so personable and helpful in finding what was right for me. We considered buying an updated wedding band for my wife here as well but ultimately purchased something across the hall at the other jewelry store. Its a shame because the experience shopping here was much better.
