My wife dropped rings off to get resized in September they told her they would call when they were finished we did not hear from them at all, when she called a few times she was told that the guy that does that was busy with wedding rings, then he was sick. This is now January 2016 now they dont know what happened to the rings or if they were finished these were rings that belonged to her mom and my mom that both are deceased and are irreplaceable.
