I dont post to yelp or review sites very often, but wanted to share my experience with them. I had heard that they do a great job, so I decided to give them a shot about a year ago when I was ready to propose to my girlfriend. Tom, Sam, and Bear were extremely nice, and not at all pushy. They wanted to get to know me, and my girlfriend, as opposed to just sell a ring. In fact, I wasnt sure what kind of ring my girlfriend would like, so Sam told me to walk my girlfriend through a franchise jewelry store to see which style engagement ring shed migrate to. I did this, and then took some pictures of the style and sent them to Sam. Bear and Sam then customized a ring, very similar in style, but with some uniqueness that my girlfriend would love. They also spent a long time educating me on the difference in the 4 Cs. If you dont know what they are, stop in and ask! Long story short, I gave her the ring and she loved it. Shes seen so many people with the same department store rings and LOVES that hers is special. If youre a guy you dont want to mess up this decision. DONT buy from a chain. Tom, Bear, and Sam are not pushy, know their stuff, and make sure youre comfortable with your purchase. I will always go back to them for future needs, and theyre currently customizing my fiances wedding ring!

Absolutely loved the experience in picking out the engagement ring. I worked specifically with Sam and Bear. They were so professional and very patient. Went out of their way to make sure I got the right ring in a budget I was comfortable with spending. Was never pressured to spend more than I wanted but they made sure I got the best possible diamond. Also we custom designed the ring to the way which was just perfect! And if youre wondering, She said Yes and absolutely loves the ring! Been hearing great compliments from everyone else about it as well. I highly recommend Haddonfield Jewelers to find great jewelry which is worth every penny! Definitely will be seeing these guys again for my future jewellery needs! The staff is beyond friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional -- and you are always treated as if you were the most important customer in the store. They take the time to work with you on whatever needs you may have -- purchasing, jewelry repair/cleaning, valuation, etc. You do not feel rushed, nor pressured to purchase. Every experience I have ever had has been enjoyable, and I would even say educational. Every staff member is truly genuine, and only want the best for their customers.
