I love this place! Pam is very knowledgeable about jewelry. She spends as much time as you need helping you to select a piece of jewelry and answers any questions you may have both completely and accurately. More importantly, I have never felt any pressure to purchase a piece of jewelry. There is a diverse selection of jewelry. This includes many one of a kind pieces. I have always received many compliments whenever I wear a piece of jewelry purchased here. Also, their jewelry repair is exceptional, very reasonably priced, and the turnaround time is quick. I highly recommend Made to Order.

Staff is extremely rude. If you arent over the age of 40, you wont be served. Wanted to buy a brooch for my mother but the staff wouldnt let me see it and said "it was out of my price range". They didnt know my price range, and they didnt know I was willing to spend $200+. Every time my father goes in there, the women are very nice and helpful. Every time I go in there I struggle to be helped and get little respect. I have never been so disrespected by a business in my life.

Loved visiting Clinton today! Such a cute town and had a great experience looking for an engagement ring at Made to Order Jewelers. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store has very unique jewelry, handbags, and decor; definitely worth a visit! My boyfriend and I were not exactly sure what we were looking for, but were guided by the wonderful staff through this exciting process.
