I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla. My experience was AWFUL and I would not recommend ANYONE to deal with this sleazy car dealership. To start, the original car that I wanted to purchase was sold out from under me and they had to quickly search and find the exact same year, model and color of the car I wanted to try and hide it from me. Luckily for me, they ended up with the short end of the stick because the replacement car they found to sell me had 10,000 less miles on it. Next, they were very generous in the fact that they drove all the way up to Rabun county to deliver the car to me. However, they were supposed to arrive at 6:00 pm and did not get there until 9:30 pm which was very inconvenient for myself and my grandmother who was a cosigner with me. I then decided to finance the car through my credit union, as they gave me an interest rate that was HALF of what the dealership gave me. When I called to let Brandon, the finance guy know that the contract was being sent back by Chase, he stated "You have have this hell for us. We will not take the contract back, you will have to wait until it goes through at Chase and deal with them." Lastly, when I purchased the vehicle it looked TERRIBLE. Like they tried to spit on it and clean it. I asked that instead of me having to drive 2 1/2 hours down to Griffin to get the car detailed again, if they would send me a check for me to get the detail done up here. After fighting with them for a few days, they agreed. All of this happened three weeks ago. They lied to me about the check, told me it would be mailed out the Tuesday after Labor Day and STILL my father, who lives in Griffin, had to go to the dealership and waited 25 minutes until he finally walked out with the check in hand. The salesmen are liars, as is Brandon, the finance guy. I am a business major and after four years of business classes, am well aware that that is POOR business and just downright disrespectful. Theyre lucky that I love my car, otherwise, I wouldnt have purchased it from them.

I will never buy another vehicle from them. We purchased not 1 but 2 cars the day we went in, more than $60000.00 about 7 months ago. We were sold the extended warranty on both the Jeep and the Ram 2500. I took the Jeep down for service with the check engine light on & a report in hand I had gotten from Advance on what the problem was & I was told in service there was no codes registering. She didnt plug it up to a code reader, she got some info off the inside drivers door & put in it into her computer & said no codes were showing. It was the EGR sensor that went out that needed to be replaced. Now the ball joints, control arms & tie rod ends have to be replaced & I took it to a reputable shop in Newnan GA for the repair knowing I would have to pay a $100 dedctible but the warranty would cover the remainder only to find out that when we called American Financial that has the Mastertech Warranty those are not covered WHY ?, because my warranty is void due to having a 4" lift with 35" MTs, this has really made me mad because the used car finance manager sold us the warranty and Cronic sent the Jeep to their people to have it put on with the wheels & tires. I didnt even drive it home for a week after we purchased it The manager at the warranty place said they should of NEVER offered a warranty on the Jeep because they are well aware it isnt covered with the modifications. So not only did I pay for a warranty that is NO GOOD that I cant get money back for after I just cancelled I have to pay for the repair. So we WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER truck from Cronic, because they will tear you a new one and not give two cents after the fact.I am reporting this to the BBB what good it will do , probably nothing but it will make me feel better.

I made the mistake of walking in one day inquiring about a new 2500. I left my email address and Bill K. kept HOUNDING my email, after several confirmed requests I finally had enough and asked him to stop sending me crap He sent the following unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending retort: (and I will quote) "The word ‘crap’, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, derives from the Middle English ‘crappe’, meaning chaff or residue from rendered fat. While our specials for the Memorial Day Holiday may not be of interest to you, they do not resemble the above description of the word "crap". Rather than allowing an email to upset you, may we suggest you simple delete it as you do with other unwanted emails you receive on a daily basis. A simple "unsubscibe" would have been sufficient! Additionally, to avoid distress, you may want to remove all television sets from your residence *(they have commercials), *take down your mail box, turn off the radio in your vehicle, try to avoid looking at billboards while you drive, quickly look away at any "specials" as you grocery shop, etc, etc." While this is sorta witty, it still angered me, I then called and talked to Kip C. (general manager) and asked him why he strong arms customers in efforts to woo them and did he think that it was effective- "Well I mean youre worried about other customers getting treated as you were, well Ill be honest as you RANT Im going to say that our sales are up 44%" After talking with Mrs Cronic, I felt as she at least acted concerned but turned a blind eye to her employees conduct

I have been buying new vehicles for me and my family for over 23 years in 6 different states and I can honestly say that working with Ritchie Lewis at Cronic Chrysler/Dodge in Griffin, GA ranks as one of the absolute best car buying experiences I think Ive ever had. This includes the time I purchased through a family member. What impresses me about this dealership is the level of teamwork I experience throughout the car buying experience. I think many of us have had the telemarketer experience at least once in our life; when the salesmen will do anything, say anything, and promise anything to get you in the door, into THEIR office, and sell you a car that makes THEM the most money. Not the case with these guys at Cronic!!! I appreciated the fact that whether I was talking with my salesman, the Sales Manager, or the Finance Manager I felt like they listened to me and respected what I said I wanted or didnt want. All in all, I got THE car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted. Oh...the only thing that wasnt what I wanted was the Finance Interest Rate...it was actually 3 FULL POINTS LOWER than I was expecting and asking for. How many other dealers do you know that would have given me a rate THAT much better than what I asked for? I know others that would have smiled, given me what I asked for, and made a better profit on the deal!! Im telling ya...I love these guys at Cronic!!! Now if I could just get that new Dodge Challenger for the same price as the super awesome Dart that I just got... :-)
