I must say that Im a very pleased customer with Enterprise and their sales associates. I called one day just to inquire information on their customer service line because a representative at enterprise in Columbus talked about their $13,000 and less vehicles to me, so I decided to give them a call and I spoke with a young fellow named Ryan C. He gave me great sales communication and also sent me a pre approval application to do online. I ignitionally wanted a car in Jacksonville, Fl that was a Ford Fusion 2012. When they approved me I went up to Union City the same day from Columbus, Ga and got an upgrade to a 2014 car not the Ford Fusion in which turned out to be much better. I also didnt have to worry about paying a transfer fee for the Ford Fusion because I got one of there cars on the lot. Also Ryan asked a lot of questions about what we were interested in and he picked out a few options I may like or I had a choice to choose any car I wanted on the lot, That was great for me! I left out with just what I wanted from their lot with no hassle. They worked really hard for me to get this car, more ways than one without a trade in to be exactly. They also are very friendly to everyone, even the finance manager name Shujuan had us laughing during the process. The process took no time. They also have low mileage and pass a three point certification system with only one previous owner. I advise anyone with good or bad credit to give the Enterprise in Union City a try. Customer service was great SHU KEITH AND MY GIRL Q WAS THE BEST,.... but the car that I was put into not what I wanted I would take my chances with the 200 or charger, This Nissan sentra just is not it WAY TO MANY PROBLEMS IN SUCH LESS TIME OF HAVING IT AND the car is just not safe to me and Nissan mechanics Ive had problems out of the seat belt light staying on cvt jurks and stalls out all the time etc..... Ive been to 3different mechanic shops 2nissan and 1 that they sent me to, also its a cvt recall and Nissan told me theres nothing they can do as of right now, my car has been deserted 2xs and it started stalling again yesterday again, Enterprise told me they couldnt and I mean COULD NOT PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR, well Ive called the bank which approved my loan and I went back to Enterprise and Even though I brought the car less than a month ago its past there 7day period but when I tried to take it back with in my 7day period the manager shu was on vacation, so now I have a car which is unsafe and a payment for a car that I probably wont drive again sooo yeah thats my experience, I WONT BE BUYING ANOTHER CAR FROM ENTERPRISE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST....

I am currently working on a letter to cooperate to truly show the appreciation I have for enterprise. Mr. Kieth and Ms. Irish were so incredibly helpful. I came in prepared to get husseled because the whole "female" thing when it comes to cars which is why I brought my fiancé. But it wasnt even necessary I told Keith my budget he didnt even show me cars outside of it to try to talk me into a more expensive car. The first car he showed me I loved it I didnt even want to test drive it because everybody knows that enterprise keeps up with their cars. They got me what I wanted for a great price and then on top of that they called me the next day(Miss. Irish) and said they have a lower rate for me. Literally I never knew they existed but they are my angels. Im a college student with a full time job and they worked with me and Im recommending everybody there. I wouldnt choose anyone else. Thank you enterprise for caring about your customers :) PS: when you buy a car you get to take a picture with a big bow (your choice of color)!!!

Dont waste your time at the other places when you can go straight to the best place to buy a new/used car! After of several trips to different dealers, being hassled and pressed w/ high pressure salesman, we went to Enterprise Car Sales and were introduced to Darius Davis. I can honestly say he was "The Most Amazing Salesman" My husband and I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. He was more than accommodating in assisting us w/ anything we needed. He truly wanted to us to be happy w/ our purchase and in no way pressured at all. Mrs. Irish Brown was most helpful closing all the paperwork. I could go on and on. The short of the long is, If you want the best experience when it comes to buying a car and want the seller to have your best interest in mind as you do....This is the place! It started with an online credit application. From there, I received a call informing me of what I was qualified for regarding the amount of a car loan. I set an appointment with Antonio for that same afternoon. After an hour in the office, I was on the road in a new car. This has been the easiest large purchase experience I have ever been a part of. In regards to the service, my salesman was polite and very understanding of the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase and the price range I wanted to stay within. I went with the intentions of leaving with a specific vehicle, but was shown another option that fit what I was looking for better than the original vehicle I went to purchase. 5 star service all the way. Thanks Antonio for keeping it classy and pressure free.

Buying a car from this dealership was like no other car buying experience. They are fabulous. There was no pressure and everyone helped each other. Most car lots tend to be out for themselves and make alot of promises that they cannot deliver. Not here. Everyone at this location worked together and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Especially since I was very picky about the car I wanted. They even went to another Enterprise lot and picked up a car that we were interested in from their online store. Not one word was said or a groan uttered when we decided that the car they went and picked up was not for us. I cannot praise this location enough for all they did. They are amazing

ENTERPRISE MORROW: (Shu, Jonathan, Nicole) Welcoming, friendly staff. Lots of smiles, even when talking about the gloomy financial stuff. Very detailed conversations and sought out answers from co-workers when they were unsure about something. Reached out to me frequently regarding updates about my vehicle until it was transferred to their location. Very thorough and professional, but staff was able to laugh and loosen up. Great sense of humor. Memorable experience, especially since I havent purchased a vehicle in over 10 years. Smooth and painless transaction and process.

My experience was awesome. The staff and customer service was great. Unfortunately, my 2015 Chrysler 200 is not. I purchased this car about 4 months ago in Morrow, GA. I have been to the dealership 3 times. I just found out this car has water damage. There are stored engine codes, which mean instead of fixing the problem, they would just reset the codes. My car smells like its running hot, but the temperature gauge stays stable. It looks like someone replace the windshield but didnt seal it right. My airbag light keeps coming on. Looks like Im stuck with a lemon
