Tru Radiance

They sold us a car that was reported stolen on April 26 and we purchased it on June 3rd. We didnt know until we tried to get the plates and the police officer told us if we wouldve been caught in the vehicle we wouldve had guns drawn on us and we wouldve been arrested and felons. We told sang(The owner) how our lives were in danger and he said he didnt care and we owe him 7000 and we gotta pay to get his car out of the impound. The police impounded the car for evidence. We asked for our money back because the contract was a fraud because the title wasnt clean. He refused to give us our money back. Do not go here of if i could give it 1/3 Of a star I would cuz they dont even deserve one whole star. This place is horrible and theyre all scan artist. They also supposedly fix cars, there card cars are trash and overpriced.

Worst car experience ever..told me "we just put a new engine and trans in.."2 days later car broke down on side of road Needs transmission.. Smh then fuel pump electrical short battery in total 1100 dollars plus 260 in tow charges (broke down twice)..after speaking to them sales person lied and then asked me for first payment if you have any other way of getting car do it these ppl put heavy transmission fluid in cars and disconnect battery to trick you into thinking car runs good and lies to your face and do not return phone calls...this is the supreme example of a lying snake car dealer thank god my sister is a lawyer for Clayton county business and license will be calling her

Homer is a big con i read the comment about the check engine light my car did me the same way not to mention it would rain directly on my steering wheel and would leave not wet spots but full blown puddles i swear underneath the gas and break the trunk leaked and things were damaged the car made an awful noise that happened sparaticly i would expect a better running car for the price 06 Cadillac cts not the cleanest i think close to $9000 2000 down i invested. At least 7600 before i was like forget it.... He wont fix a thing and does not return calls

Terrible customer service. I was shopping for a vehicle and tried contacting this dealership multiple times with no luck. I used many websites where their car is posted to send them emails. I even went on their own website and when I emailed them, I received an email stating that they turned off the email service to better serve their customers. So I called the dealership and a woman told me I would have to speak with someone else who would contact me in a few minutes. I never heard back from them.

They reset the batteries and the check engine light dont come on until after you done signed the contract no refunds really. They didnt really have any really dependable cars to choose from. The jeep I got from there not even a month ago I been putting money into it since the second day. I dont think Deon should be there he has way better customer service skills and the most honest and helpful than anyone there and the manager is rude to him and the customers...

Homer is the rudest man I have ever met. If you even can call him a man, I will call him a boy because that is how he acts. His cars, trucks, SUV are so over priced it is crazy to even think about and when it comes to negotiation time there is no negotiation. He is the worst owner. I bet he maybe sells one car a year if that. Run far away from this place. Lake city auto sales is a waste of time.
