I went in here on my day off (so yes I was in flip flops) to sell some video games. Apparently they have 3 different businesses because I went into the door on the right and the lady on the other side of the counter looked at me like I was trash and rudely told me to bring my stuff into the other door so I went outside and came around ad back into the "pawn" area. There were 6 or 7 people waiting to be helped and no designated lines so no one knew who was next. It seemed quite chaotic. And even though there were several people behind the counter only 2 of the buying windows were opened for business. And I just found out that they purchase stolen goods from people. I will never step foot into this pawn shop again.

Awesome friendly staff, good firearm selection and decent prices. They have quite a selection of rifles and pistols here, be wary of the ARs sold just because they are well used and the ejection ports on everyone was damaged, I believe due to a combination of steel ammo and bad mags. They have 22 ammo in stock its expensive but they actually have it. I will most definitely be coming back to this shop when I want another firearm

I drove all the way to Modesto from Tracy because their ad said they pawn lots of different items. But when I got there all they were interested in was gold and silver jewelry. I could have done that in Manteca. By the way, the customer service dude was indifferent and rude but at least he was smokin hot!!!...hehe

I have been going to this pawn shop for many years they have been a big help have pawned a few things they have worked with me been very happy. I have also sold a few things to them they gave me good prices every time iv been in. They also have tons of stuff to buy lil bit of everything.

I Went in to sell a Ring today. I am not sure what this guys name was, but he was Friendly and had good customer service. Izzy was also there and remembered us from the last time we were in. Customer service there is GREAT! THANKS GUYS! I will be back... ( Scared Yet? ) LOL =D

Items for sell are way over prices, in example their xbox ones are the same price as new ones from gamestop. Plus they lend less than any other shop in town.
