This place is garbage. Ive taken my guitars to them several times and Ive always pulled them out. Thinking that they would loan me a little more for bills i took my guitars back again and they wouldnt budge. They would only loan me a fraction of what the guitars are worth. This place is a complete ripoff and their electronics are extremely over priced. On my last unpleasant visit I seen a used tv being sold for the same price that the same model sold new for. How this place is still in business is beyond me. I wont be using this pawn shop ever again and if I were you I wouldnt either.

Ive been going to Broadway Pawn for 15yrs just to look around.Very clean ,honest,fair and awesome customer service.I have never felt pressured to buy anything and all my questions were answered in reasonable time.They have a great selection of instruments,jewelry and video games.I have know doubt that Broadway Pawn is the best Pawn shop in Chico. Terrible customer service! Terrible hours of operation! Terrible prices! Dont waste your time or money on this place. I dont recommend to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. The Allison who commented below has only posted one review EVER- I think she has a biased and/or is involved with the business.

I was so happy with the people here. My fiancee and I looked in pawn shops all day of an engagement ring, and they helped me find the perfect one in our limited price range! They even dropped down the price! I will definitely be going back!
