I put my Harley up for sale on Craigslist, found a buyer, and he wanted to do the Rider-to-rider financing through this dealer. I was perfectly fine with that, although it took over 4 hours to complete the transaction through the dealer, which is still okay with me. Then, the financing manager told me there was $85 inspection fee, keep in mind that I am the the SELLER!!! Thankfully, the guy who was buying my bike covered the fee.. They said a check would be sent out in 10 business days to my credit union to pay off the lien and I would be receiving a check for the money I made off the bike... Here it is, almost 3 weeks later (11 business days) and still no check.. Called them back and was told they werent aware of a check being sent to my address for the money I made on the bike and they had JUST sent out the check to my credit union on the 11th day! So guess who will get stuck paying the interest on the extra day or two!? Me. Needless to say, I was NEVER purchase a motorcycle through this dealership and I probably will never own another Harley Davidson motorcycle, because lets be honest...Harley is just out to nickle and dime everyone anyway.

Looked at used Harley inventory on internet, ALL prices were "Price on request" What a joke...Im shopping bikes, and comparing prices. I request E-mail prices, and it requires me to call wasting further time, never giving me a price. I go into the store on a Saturday wasting more time, and meet the salesman,telling me "price is just a number, and its more important to get into the right bike, regardless of cost"...Bull - ! (I dont blame him, He was a good salesman), but I spent more time trying to get prices...Bottom Line is I bought my Next Harley from Brighton, and left Vehicle City HD pissed off. Im sure this review will never get aknowleged, but somebody there needs to get a clue! Robert Peters

This place is a joke. I talked to a man "Naz" for their best price on a bike and he gave me the wrong vin#. I returned and talked to a women who said she was the sales manager. I got a call from "Dustin" who said he was the sales manager and wanted to "win my business". Naz would not stop calling, using a name for me that I dont , obviously reading from a list of drivers license info. Finally I called Dustin , he didnt remember calling me but I told him there were unauthorized inquiries on my credit history and to avoid legal consequences lose my info. He promised to do so and couple weeks later Naz started calling again. I changed my #! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Walked in with my wife and 3 kids. Staff was courteous and polite to all of us, including the kids. Sales reps were all friendly and helpful without being over bearing, answered questions without hesitation. I looked at several models, our sales rep, Mr. Bigley, showed me each bike I requested to see. At no time did he ever try to pressure me into a more expensive bike I couldnt afford. His full attention was on me and my wife. As a result, I walked out with two brand new Harleys! I would definitely recommend these guys (and gals) to friends and family. I will also go back when Im ready to upgrade.

Very poor service here. The salesman Daryl is probably the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him what another dealer quoted me on a Heritage Classic. He then proceeded to go on a ten minute rant about they were going to get into trouble from a Harley rep that was in there for selling below manufacturers recommended price. What a joke. See Scott at Ray Cs!.

I have to say, after $4700 worth of restoration work and two days warning, I show up to a mess. I will not be coming here again. Ive never seen a business so inept or lacking in communication. I ended up staying in a hotel and renting a car. Yes people, thats how I left... in a car.

This place is switching over to Nothing but harley stuff :( I used to come in here to purchase things for my ATVs etc. It used to be a nice well rounded motor sports shop. Just a heads up to others not to waste your time, if your looking for something other then a harley.
