Make sure you take a picture of your property before you go into this place or any pawn shop. You go into a place to do straight business- not to be cheated, swindled or treated like youre stupid and cant recognize a piece youve worn everyday for ten years. I borrowed money, paid it back- but didt get my same piece back. I made the dumb, fatal mistake of not taking a picture of my pieces (in front of him) and lost them to the SWAP or I would have taken Jasons a-- to court! Yeah- you got me- but God aint sleeping and Karma is a fair and just B-t-h! **All you had to do was make me an offer initially- but you chose to be a lowly thief instead** FYI Reba -the picture was of the BACK of the piece- omitting the detail. When we both reviewed the picture- there was no way to compare the differences. Very clever- whos the hustler?? The piece meant a lot to me - so yeah, Im very upset. AND I never asked Jason for anything but my original piece back- nor am I shady. Your experience was good -mine was not.

I really dont understand why the bad review was even put on this page. If the pawn shop took a picture of the item you pawned and showed it to you to prove what you were getting is what you gave...then why are you so upset! They are a very professional establishment. I dont normally pawn items...but went in to look for lawn equipment and talked with the owner Jason..who was very polite and helpful. He gave me some ideas of money I could get for old jewlery. I brought some back and he gave me $500 for gold and silver I had. I would have never have felt comfortable just going to one of those places that you see in a shopping center. I will be telling my friends about Jason and Buford Pawn.

I have been a customer of Buford Pawn for about a year now and have nothing but great experiences. The staff is very thorough when it comes to documenting items sold and pawned. Jason (the owner) is very helpful with any issues or questions I had. They go above and beyond for customers, for example I purchased a watch from another pawn shop and wanted to make sure the watch was real. So, I took the watch to Buford Pawn and they verified the watch was real and they didnt charge me. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of dealing with a pawn shop to use Buford Pawn. Thay are great and most important thay are Fair and understanding!

I cannot express how I am feeling at the moment! I was so apprehensive going into a Pawn Shop for the first time. I expected the worst. My friend recommended this place to me as a high quality establishment to redeem my gold. Based on his recommendation, I thought I would give it a try. Jason was more than helpful. Ive never set a foot into a pawn store until recently. I was looking for some power tools and both the owner Jason and his employee Mike were very helpful. I was a little intimidated at first being a woman not knowing a thing about power tools, but Jason made me feel comfortable. I never felt taken advantage of, and it wasnt until this past weekend when I set foot into a different pawn shop and noticed the difference. Ive used Jason many times as my main source for FFL gun consignments and he has been amazingly helpful. Super friendly service, very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable charging. He even refused to take payment on one order while waiting for 2nd order to come in and offered to take less for the combined order, without being asked. Hes helped resolve issues with sellers and has overall been a great guy. I strongly recommend him. He truly understands the value of service and business ownership and delivers on his word. 5 stars all the way!

First of all I came here Wednesday & they were closed so they need to update it on Google and Im here today on Friday the hours are suppose to be 10 to 5 Im here at 10:44am and I guess they just make their own damn hours the people that came and left when going to the door and it being locked looked just as pissed as us were trying to do some last minute xmas shopping so if they arent even going to open on time they can at least keep the lights off too what a waste of time this place is a CONSTANT disappointment!

I have used Buford pawn five times over the past 3 months for transferring firearms that I purchased online. No games or gimmiks, Jason has been professional each and every time I have dealt with him. On top of that his FFL fee of $18 is cheaper than anyone else in the metro Atlanta area. He is genuinely honest and takes care of his customers, because of this I plan on continuing to use Buford Pawn for all of my firearm transfers.

Was referred to Buford Pawn from a We Buy Gold Store for selling my Rolex. I have to say that Jason knows his business very well, he made an offer that was $300.00 more than an offer at the "other" local jeweler. In the end I sold my watch and some more of my old gold and received $3500.00. If you want to be treated with respect and someone to shoot you straight go see Jason at BUFORD PAWN!!!.. Great service, especially when in a bind. I can say nothing bad about this business. Friendly, Fair, Professional, and I was in and out in 10 mins. Had no problems when returning for my items, which were all in the same shape I left them in. Ive also found that his prices on electronics are worth checking out. I would encourage anyone of my friends to do business here.

I use Jason store as an FFL. They are the cheapest around 20usd they ask for the transaction fee. The store itself is relatively small they sell guns, shotguns and couple of ar15s and I am sure I will pawn a few of my guns off in the near future there. They seem pretty fair and swift with handling their customers.

Jason is about the only honest pawn broker. I go there often to buy, sell, or just look and get advise. He always has been up front & if he thinks I can get more elsewhere, he does not hesitate to point me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who does not want to get ripped off.

Great experience with my FFL transfer. The gentlemen I worked with was friendly and made me feel welcome in the store. I neglected to bring cash, but he was kind enough to allow me to pay the transfer fees with my debit card. Will definitely use again... and bring cash :)
