My go to jeweler. My wifes family had gone there for years and when I needed to buy an engagement ring for my wife I figured I would go there too, Im not a fan of the large chains. I worked with Cheryl and gave her a picture of what I knew my wife would want for a ring and they made it happen, with-in my budget no less! My wife loved her ring and Ive been back repeatedly to buy her ear rings and a necklace. We had our wedding bands made there as well and mine is also custom. I provided what my idea was for a ring and they made a wax model for me. The first version was close but not ultimately what I wanted. No problem! They listed to what I said and I came back later and the model was exactly what I wanted! Every time I go there is zero pressure to upsell, they always want to find you exactly what you are looking for and with-in your budget. Highly recommended.

All around a great experience. I have never bought jewelry before and was purchasing an engagement ring. The staff to their time over several visits to help me find the perfect band and diamond combination to fit my budget. I was worried about the size vs color trade off of the diamonds, so they acquired a couple in my budget range and let me do a look test to decide which one I preferred. When shopping there I assumed I would be paying extra for the personal service over making a purchase online, but the opposite was true! The diamond I bought cost several hundred dollars less than anything with comparable statistics that I could find online at the major jewelry retailers. Overall an excellent store with an excellent staff.

I purchased an engagement ring at Urban a few months ago, and I was extremely pleased with the service and the product. Tom was extremely helpful and patient, as I was looking for a pretty tough size, cut, and clarity to locate. I actually ended up buying a stone I looked at nearly two months earlier, but I paid the original quoted price ($1000 less than what it was at the time). I also had the setting custom-made - it was perfectly done in a timely fashion. My fiancee loves her ring, and we will definitely be returning to buy our wedding bands. Highly, highly recommended.

I went to Urban Jewelers for an engagement ring. I had a concept and somewhat of a drawing and Tom created an elegant, amazing piece that my wife absolutely loves. The service and communication was second to none. The process was very smooth with as many double checks and updates as you see fit. I took my engagement ring here to get adjusted and the service was so good. It was only $50 compared to some quotes at $100. It only took two days compared to other shops saying it would take 2 weeks. Now, my ring fits perfectly and there are no odd marks from the resizing. Go here for adjustments.

Had wedding band made at urban. I hate jewelry stores but they were great and made the whole experience wonderful. They gave us an estimated price and were right on with the final cost. The band looks beautiful! All around great service...

We went to them with an old ring. We wanted to use the diamonds in it for a new engagement ring. They worked with us to design a ring using those diamonds. They were very helpful and you could tell they really knew what they were doing.
