I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience with Izzy and his staff at Atlanta Diamond Design. I had some very special pieces of jewelry given to me that were my mothers, and it was recommended that I had them appraised. After seeking out recommendations from my friends and neighbors, Izzys name and his store were repeatedly suggested to me. I gave the store a call and immediately felt at ease with Andrew on the phone. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to drop in, which I did. From the moment I entered the store I was treated with care and respect. Both Andrew and Izzy could tell that the pieces I had were special to me and were sensitive to that which I truly appreciated. My appraisals were completed in under 24 hours, and Izzy also took the time to show me some ways he could help me redesign what I had when I was ready to do so. This man is so passionate about what he does, and it was evident after our conversation that he was not only a sincere, genuine person, but he clearly has a true gift for jewelry design. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be back to this family run business very soon!!

Izzy is a consumate professional, very personable, and involved in his own business. He helped my fiancé design a very beautiful ring, and worked with him through the entire process of making the engagement ring. He was there from concept to creation to picking the stones to the final product, making sure he was completely satisfied. He did an excellent job at every level. Since everything is done in house, it only takes 6-8 weeks to make what you imagine or dream of come to life! They also want to make sure the ring fits, so they dont size it until you say yes, but he was able to accommodate us and size it and have it available the next day! They also warranty their products. All you have to do is bring it in every 6 months for a cleaning and "check-up". I would definitely recommend Atlanta Diamond & Design to anyone looking for jewelery!!

Izzy, Ditza and Andrew did an amazing job of designing and crafting my wedding bands. When I first walked into Atlanta Diamond Design, I only had a picture in my mind of what I wanted my rings to look like. I explained I wanted multiple bands that I could stack in various ways around my engagement ring and that I didnt want any of them to match; I wanted each ring to be unique. I tried on several but none were exactly what I wanted. With Ditzas help and guidance, we tweaked the designs of the rings to fit the look I wanted. Based on my descriptions, Izzy handmade all three of my wedding bands. They came out gorgeous and were exactly what I wanted! I couldnt be happier. Izzy is incredibly talented and Ditza and Andrew were so helpful in designing my rings. My husband and I will be using Atlanta Diamond Design for all of our jewelry needs!

I have been in to this store on three separate occasions and have been disrespected and treated horribly every time. I will never give this place any business and cannot believe any good ratings they have received. In past was told i liked tanzanite because I liked "cheap stuff"... Which cant be further from the truth.... Too bad for them. Im a forgiving person and even hesitated to give them a third chance but when walking in, 15 min before closing time, and being scolded that "they do not have mall hours" and "already put everything away and could not help me", I have now walked out swearing this was my last bad experience and will never give this place any business. I never even written reviews but I am so mad at their treatment of customers and disrespect I felt it was necessary. Too bad posting a -0- was not possible.

We brought in my wifes wedding rings because one of the small diamonds fell out. We had checked out another major jeweler, and because of the setting, he would not even touch the ring as he said replacing the diamond in that kind of setting was tricky and didnt feel he could do it. When we went to Atlanta Diamond, Izzy said it was no problem to replace the stone and to restore it to its original brilliance. He did a great job in replacing it and tightening the other stones. He also polished and restored the white gold to its original shiny color and it looks brand new now! He did this at a very affordable cost too. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship from Atlanta Diamond Design and would highly recommend them to others!

Izzy was outstanding to work with. My now fiancee and I visited several jewelry stores around the Cumming area to get an idea of what kind of ring she wanted. We had some preconceived ideas of what the ring was going to look like. Every other store we visited told us how great our ideas were and said they could make it happen. When we met and spoke with Izzy he was the only one who cautioned us against some of the ideas and gave us some suggestions. Ultimately, the experience of working with a professional jeweler was much better than a retail environment. We didnt get smiles and nods; we got knowledge and experience. Izzy helped us make a better ring and I cant recommend him enough.

And I was not disappointed! Izzy was true to his word and created a ring that brought me to tears of joy when I saw the finished product. Thank you Izzy! My husband and I were shopping for a second band for our 10th anniversary and Izzy was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient while I tried on several rings. When we decided on "the" ring, he said it would be about 10 business days to complete the work. I needed to have my wedding band and engagement ring cleaned, dipped, and sized, so he worked on those and said they would be ready the next day. When I came to pick up my rings, to my surprise, he had my 10th wedding anniversary ring ready as well! He is exceptional. I am so proud of my rings! Thank you for your guidance and professionalism during this exciting time! We will be back for sure! :)

If I could I would give zero stars. Last yr they did a bait and switch on my ring. In the end after Better Business Bureau, on paperwork, there is a five hundred dollars credit. When I went today to do the public egg pick and redeem my five hundred, I was confronted by daughter. Mad that I would come back to the store. Told her I would just take the five hundred dollars credit and be done. She told me to take it up with izzy bc all the time they spent with Bbb. That she didnt think there was a credit. So looks to me like fraud, so the police and a lawyer will be contacted. Got to love a business like that.
