Went there to get a 10 gram bar of gold verified as authentic. Before a pawn shop had told me that it was not real after doing an acid test, the lady who helped me (I am terrible with names, Sorry) informed me that those tests are very unreliable and that they had a machine that could check for sure. Not only did they help me make sure it was in fact gold, but also let me know that she thinks it would not be a good idea to sell it at the moment. They went out of their way to help me even though they knew they would not make any money off of me. A++ service I will never go anywhere else for anything related to precious metals or jewelry. They are experts and will have my business for life.

Went in for a ring resizing for a handmade engagement ring after some other jewelers in the area gave us a lot of hassle. Gave us an excellent price, $40.00 less than the others quoted, and were informative about their services. Definitely did not feel pressured here, and it was easy to talk to them.
