First of all these are two completely different companies. The eye glass store is target but the exam is totally different....none of this is listed online. You call and they say cant help you, you have to call the doctors. Show up for my appointment and explained that I didnt know they were separate, had all three of my kids in a cart and he then said well sorry and you cant bring that cart back there. Went outside and into the "doctors" office to find out theh arent in network for my insurance. While my husband is inside discussing the insurance (we were told to keep the cart outside) I was standing in front of the door with it open so I could be apart of the conversation and the doctor comes walking through the door to leave the office and doesnt say excuse me or hi or thank you for holding the door. Just plain rude people!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was given a pair of contact lens to wear as trials and the doctor even said they "were 80% my prescription" should have tipped me off to call my insurance company immediately. This water closet of a facility can not administer a proper eye exam and I feel terrible for anyone that goes here and thinks they got what they paid for much less wears what the doctor gave them thinking there vision is being corrected. TN Eye Associates need to disassociate themselves with the eye business.

Dont go here ever...ordered expensive contacts called to check on them. Contacts arrived a week early, informed them that I wasnt contacted. She stated left a message on voicemail. Rep Stated that customers are only contacted once because they are so busy....ugh! Ill never go back. I had trouble with this store the first time contacts were ordered too. One star is too high

Never had a problem with them, matter of fact im going today to get my eyes tested again, and getting my new glasses. Was always treated nice, and my glasses always came back before they were suppose to. I cant wait to pick out my new frames. I would tell anyone to go there, it might be a small place, but they do good work.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Waste of time, unhelpful, terrible customer service, would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know. Im just sorry I even wasted my time I could have stayed with my doctor but decided to try some place new, definitely my mistake. Go elsewhere youd be better off!

They dont answer their phones dont return phone calls. Been trying to get my trial contacts Im to come at a certain time or I have to wait another 3 weeks. They were very rude and hateful and then didnt understand why I got upset.

They were very helpful. I was by myself so he helped me pick out a pair. They came in earlier than stated for pick up. They adjusted them and explained the new spring hinge to me. I was happy with them.
