Both departments are rude and have no customer service whats so ever . I called several times trying to get my PD from them just to order my glasses through them online .The lady at the main front desk had the audacity to tell me to contact my doctor for it , right after I done told her I had gotten my glasses and prescription from them. She was very dude . I asked her for her name she repeated my question and hung up on me . I was being sent back and forth through both departments . From the doctors main office and Walmarts glasses department. I do not recommend and will not be getting my eye exams from them anymore.
