I have been putting off buying new glasses for several years. Went into Warby Parker and not only was everyone extremely helpful and friendly, but I actually found a pair of glasses I fell in love with in under twenty minutes! Check out process was a breeze and I was so pleasantly surprised that the cost of lenses are included in with the cost of frames! (Baring the additional thirty dollars for people that need thicker lenses such as myself). I did not have my prescription with me, but all you have to do is email them a picture! I couldnt find my prescription at home so their customer service team called my optometrist for me and got my prescription. Definitely will recommend people to Warby Parker...especially the Nashville location. Great service, stylish glasses and inexpensive prices!

We were approached immediately when we entered the store by a friendly associate, allowed to browse as long as we needed, and immediately assisted when we were ready. The sales associate gave us good, helpful, reliable information, and the purchase process was easy and fast.

Staff was extremely helpful and didnt mind that we took our time. My works insurance eventually covered my entire purchase although I had to submit my receipt on their website. You have to pay to park and the public lot is kinda sketchy.

Generally good experience; some staff better than others. While prices are lower, the actual product does feel a bit flimsy. Replaced poorly crafted lenses no questions asked. Pay parking lot.
