I had bought a pair of sunglasses from Christopher Optical and when I got them, the ear pieces wouldnt stay on. I took them back, and they ordered me a new pair right then and there. They were friendly and understanding throughout the whole process and did everything they could to make the whole exchange as convenient as possible for me.

Im very satisfied with Christopher Optical. If you cant see perfectly, theyll keep regrinding the lens until its perfect. Theyll do what it takes to make sure Im completely satisfied. Ive been to places before where I was given attitude if I didnt think something was right and mentioned it. They arent like that here.

They have a great selection here, and I should know, Ive been coming here for years. In fact, every pair of glasses that Ive ever bought was from the. The staff is wonderful, they were helpful without being too overbearing. I was able to shop and browse for as long as I wanted and no one hassled me.

Christopher Optical has provided both great products and service for our family. So far have bought two Miraflex frames and a number of lens, my 3 year old likes to scratch his lens apparently, over the past two years.
