After nearly 20 years of wearing contacts, the only time I have had trouble was a few months ago, on my first visit to Ducklo Eye Care. After receiving my new contacts from them, and after a month of intense headaches and dry eyes, I went back and they discovered that they had ordered the wrong size contacts for me. They made no apologies about my trouble. But, my complaint isnt primarily about that mistake, but how they handled it after the fact. They have consistently horrible customer service, and they have given me the run-around about returning the bad contacts. Under the circumstances (i.e. they sold me the incorrect size of contacts), I would expect the return of the incorrect contacts would be seamless, but Ive been treated like Im asking them to do a favor for me. Ive never had this type of bad service, and my eyes are too important to trust to a company that cant get it correct the first time, and then not be helpful in fixing the problem.

I rarely ever write reviews, and certainly dont write negative ones, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. The front desk staff is rude. The doctor I saw tried to continually insist that I be fitted for a different brand of contacts (an additional charge) when I told her again and again that I just wanted to check my prescription; I like the brand that I am using. Lastly, come to find out, they wouldnt give me my glasses prescription AND my contacts prescription even though I paid to have both checked. I was told the next day on the phone that I needed to choose between receiving one or the other. I dont understand what kind of business this is. You want to waste my time and your time having me come back in for an additional appointment so that you can make an extra penny?

I was directed to Dr. Ducklos office by a friend several years ago. I have suffered with a variety of eye issues since I was a child, so finding the right doctor was important. I was blessed to get Dr. Lemoncelli! Her love for her work and her genuine desire to make you comfortable, calm and at ease makes for a delightful visit. She has been thorough and clear when ever I ask a question. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an "Old School" compassionate doctor who uses the latest techniques. In this day and age, finding a doctor that takes their time, answers questions and really cares about you as the patient is a rarity. Dr. Lemoncelli is a rare jewel!

I walked into Ducklo EyeCare expecting to walk out in about 15 minutes with an order of new contact lenses, and to carry on with my day. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually experiencing multiple eye problems that turned into quite the ordeal. They entire staff at Ducklo was extremely helpful throughout this stressful experience. They are kind, patient and were willing to carefully explain everything that was going on with my eyes. My experience at my follow-up appointment was just as wonderful. The staff remembered me, and they were all genuinely concerned about me. I am so grateful to have found Ducklo EyeCare!

Dr. Ducklo has taken care of me and my vision since I was 8 years old and now Im 22. I wont go anywhere else for eye care. Dr. Ducklo spent a couple of hours with me on my first visit and discovered the weak muscles in my right eye that were making reading extremely difficult. I am very grateful that he helped me and in consequence I was not held back in school. I have also had appointments with Dr. Lemoncelli and she is wonderful as well. The staff is always friendly and tries very hard to help you in any way they can.

I went to the location in Green Hills Mall and I was attended by Dr. Jessica Ditto. Dr. Ditto was absolutely wonderful; she was attentive, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. She reiterated that I was welcome to ask questions about anything. Furthermore, she explained my diagnosis clearly and easily. The front desk staff were also friendly and easy-going. I will definitely be going back; Dr. Ditto took the stress out of going to the eye doctor!

Dr. Ducklo has been in business long enough to know what the patient needs and how to provide for those needs. I also did not feel pressured to purchase glasses at the adjoining glass boutique. Dr. Ducklo has offered consistent eye care consultation beyond the "normal" eye appointment visit ranging from a variety of eye health needs for our family. After having eye problems for almost two years and having been seen by an eye specialist on numerous occasions, I decided to return to Dr. Ducklo and have a routine exam. He gave me a different diagnosis than I received by the specialist and some drops. My eye is finally clear and doesnt feel like it has a film on it for the first time! I highly recommend Dr. Ducklo - he and his staff are professional and nice!

A very comfortable atmosphere supported by great doctors and a staff that is always in a good mood...thus, putting me in one when I walk in (again, I used to hate going to the eye doctor). Whether it is going in for a regular checkup or simply walking in and out to pick up contacts, you are going to walk out a very satisfied patient.

Dr. Lemoncelli gets 5 stars but, it took 4 visits and 6 weeks to get one pair of eyeglasses with a bifocal. The lenses had to be reordered 4 to 5 times before they came in correctly. This is a great place to go for an eye exam but if you need eye glasses to actually see out of, I would highly suggest going somewhere else unless you have an extra 6 - 7 weeks to wait for one pair to arrive.
