I had the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with a company. Not only did they lie to me but they also intentially tried to commit fraud against me. I HAD a wonderful pair of Chrome Hearts glasses with the wood temples and brown tint lenses. I had these glasses for a little over 10 years and I love them so much, that I wanted to get them restored. My mistake was taking them to Image Optical to be restored to their original state. I found out from the makers of Chrome Hearts that they were one of many places that deal with the Chrome Hearts brand. When I took them in, I spoke with Tamar who said that they would be able to restore them no problem. She even asked if I wanted the color lenses to be the same and I said yes. I want it back to its original state. I paid close to $800 to get my glasses back to its original state. On the day she called me to let me know they were in, I was so excited to see my glasses. My son and I drove down to pick them up. I was so excited that I didnt realize that the color lenses were much lighter damn near clear and the temples were more out off my face and the prescription was off. It was almost as if it was done on purpose. I sent the glasses back to her and she promised that it would be fixed. When my glasses came in again, she stated that they were perfect. She gave me hope and it was very short lived because the color lenses were still lighter. It was as if Tamar wanted to give me the glasses she wanted me to have and not what she said she could restore. She also made the comment that she had been in the business for over 20 years and I still dont have my glasses. I cant imagine how she thought that it was perfect unless she thought that I was that blind that I would not notice the difference. The prescription was right but I still did not have my glasses. I was ready to return the glasses and get my money back. They made a promise to me and they lied. I finally spoke to the manager Katie, who told me that she will personally get it done correctly. After almost I month I got my glasses back. Now the issue is that I cant see perfectly if I tilt my head and I refuse to send it back to them. This entire ordeal has made me soon stressed and so unhappy. All I want is to have my glasses back so I can see properly and work. I will do my research ahead of time before I put my glasses in the hands of anyone ever again.

I Would like to say that even as I had a bad experience Image optical finally made it right which is why I went from two stars to 4. I bought the most expensive glasses I have ever bought and will not buy here again. My SAMs glasses were better than these, or maybe the service is just better. The first six months that i had my glasses were awesome!! However, I got a scratch on them. Image Optical sent it off to the lab and got them replaced. My glasses havent been the same since. They are basically snap on glasses held with glue. Since the replacement of the lens, my eye ware just falls to pieces, literally into two pieces, comes off in the middle of meetings, just walking down the street, while cleaning them, in a restaurant. It has become just ridiculous. I took them back up there and they put more glue on them, and a week later coming off again. Heres my complaint, when I took them up there for the second time, an older lady basically insinuated that this is my fault, because she has had the same type of glass for 12 years and they have never came off. Really!!! You really think I want to bring my glasses up there, waste my time sitting for 20 minutes waiting for the glue to drive. Yes thats my agenda is to waste my time so its my fault, not the glasses or the lab who messed up the glasses. I became all to clear to me as another person came in to get their glasses repaired and this same older lady basically said those are awesome glasses and cant understand why they are donig what they are doing. Seriously, she was just blaming the person who owned them. It was so outrageous, guess you had to be there. Trust me when I say I will never be back here!!!!

These people sell more than glasses. They are concerned with your health first then what kind of glasses can fit your appearance. They are professionals. I went there last two weeks following a recommendation of a colleague because "they have affordable glasses." Indeed, they had. Their first strength comes from the counter where I was met with great smiles and by people attentive to my needs. Besides, the in-house doctor double-checked the prescription and asked detailed questions to make sure I would have what I wanted. Their concern was not to sell me the most expensive frames but to help me choose what fits my face and the look I want to have. They promised to get my glasses ready within "7-10 working days." I had them in 3 days. Thank yall. I will definitely recommend your services to people in need. Stayed blessed

I was pressured to order a frame one afternoon, and when I called the next morning to cancel the order, the staff here refused to cancel the order. When the frame came in, I was told Id have to pay a $45 restocking fee or to buy the frame. When I spoke with other folks in the business, no one had ever heard of such a thing. Dont expect good customer service from these folks.
