So I had a Great experience when I purchased my first car ... Had no problems with my Lexus. Then I needed a bigger car so I traded in the Lexus for a DENALI , great right , WRONG..... Second day I had car which was this past Thanksgiving car went dead on the highway. Did not go any faster than 10MPH. I called JKJ so they can come get the car , they sent the mechanic which he could not figure out what was wrong with car. They had to get car towed back to shop. Once I got to the shop I saw another Denali, mind you 2 days ago was not sold or no one had paid money on it, also shop was closed for 2 days. So im confused when I said let me just have the other DENALI JOE SAID ITS SOLD.... THEY had me wait about 5 hours until they came back with a Cadillac Escalade. Door handles were loose, seat heaters not working.... I had no choice but to take that car. Few months later door handles fell off, the Throttle Body went on it. Now the transmission went..... I did ride through the lot a few months later after I purchased the Cadillac to my surprise The 2nd Denali was still there. Called the online sales rep she sated car was still not sold. ..I felt like they lied to me .... Now Im still paying on a car that I cannot move .........

Well I wasnt really helped here. First question I was asked when approached (after the hello of course) was how much was I putting down. When I responded with my amount I just got an ( eh face) and was told "we dont have any cars here for that amount" I was confused as to why is it advertised so much about low down payment on the comments and dealership. Dont know where they went to. And if credit score plays a role which I would think in terms of financing and salary why was the only concern was my down payment. all those other questions were asked after the "initial no" after the down payment question. He then brought me inside to fill out the application and then after waiting maybe 15-20 min he brings me outside and tells me that his boss boss has to make the decision and they will call me. Seemed to me as though their main concern was the amount of money being put down. Kind of felt brushed to the side and just had me fill the app and had me wait a few minutes so they wont seem rude in not really wanting to help me because my down payment was less than 1,000 or 1,500 or how ever much they would prefer for someone to put down. Oh yeah and they never called me back.

This is my 2nd car from them, 2nd car needed brake shoes, i let management know IN THE BEGINNING B4 i took the car home, they replaced pads with no problem, car has been absolutely perfect since! this being my 2nd car financed from jkj, Ive seen them grow and progress into a verry customer oriented business. Joes ACTUALLY a nice guy if u ever have a moment to chat or peek in to say hello. BO? Bos a realist, is what it is, u may not always like your answer from him but he keeps it polite and he keeps it real. Cant go here with $500 down, problem credit, on a $10,000 car, ( taxes, reg, not included ) and expect a $150 a month payment. And i luv the girls, office staff. Again, im a customer since like......08, 09? These guys have come a long way!!! One of best in the business!!! THE BEST IN PATERSON FOR SURE!!

I had the best experience ever, I have been shopping for a while now for a second car and I went to many places and found horrible cars. I walked into JKJ Auto Sales and boom I was treated like family, I test drove many cars and was helped by a great guy named Bo. The staff worked with me have me test drive cars until I was satisfied and also let me drive a car to my mechanic. I want to thank Bo Brett and Joe for making my experience a pleasure and stop here first before you buy a used vehicle. And I left with a great vehicle and a happy camper.
