They fool the customers: in the salad bar they sell the salads like macaroni or crab and shrimp salad for $8.99 per lb, when at the same time you can buy absolutely the same salads in the Deli department just for $3.99 or $6.99, etc. I see it as cheating. Also they removed the self service lanes and now to buy even 1 Sneakers takes forever... Somebody spilled coffee on the floor and it was like that for about 15 mins... No signs. Nothing. Customers began to cover it with napkins and paper towels and to warn each other. Very often no price labels. You have to guess. Nobody in Pavilions cares... It was much better here 2 years ago...

Pavilions certainly does carry top shelf items but their prices are sky high. The average consumer cannot afford to go to them week after week. Many people shop at Trader Joes or Smart and Final or Grocery Bargain outlet, even, Costco. In Pavillions quest to beat out Ralphs and Gelsons they are losing the consumer because no one can sustain long term price gouging and will ultimately vote with their feet and go elsewhere where they can feed their families minus a huge grocery bill

Great store! Found everything I need. This store serves Seal Beach as well as a ton of commuters with speed and accuracy. Staff is very friendly provided you are too! Ive seen lots of rude customers who think theyre too good to give a human being their service complain about the self check being gone. I would rather have a person check me out! If you go at the right time you can get discount baked goods from the bakery! Awesome store.

The store is so conveniently located, unfortunately Ill have to go back again and again. Its a nicely designed store. There were several instances where they were out of a few products which was annoying. The staff overall are not present with exception to checkout. They are also indifferent with regard to service recovery. Ill go back...but, the store needs customer service training and should get on top of their inventory.

Lots of high quality items, good selection of seafood and meat. Wide variety of fruit and vegetables. Cute bakery with a pizza oven. Used the catering deli to make holiday table spreads over the past 5 years. Very broad range of alcohol, hard liquor and beer, also a special section for refrigerated wines. Best yet Starbucks Coffee inside, all staff is super friendly and helpful, very clean store.

Its obvious the new union employees are giving this store 5 stars. Since they got away with self service check out the lines at this store are sickening. When AMAZON starts their online grocery service delivery Ill be there rather than this 1950s type store with long lines and staff that doesnt care

Kept very clean...has a Starbucks inside and a Sandwich Cafe and Deli bar and nice area by large windows to seat down and enjoy your food and drinks. Lots of free parking. Beach is about 6 bocks away..easy walk along 12th street or looking at the shops along Main Street.

Good place to stop if you are looking for supplies. We were just visiting and stopped here for road supplies and grocery. Very convenient location, friendly staff and clean place. Id go back if I lived here.

Good place to shop, they had some products that are usually hard to find in other places which is awesome like the products by Himalaya. The staff was friendly and helpful.
