Employees several times inquired if I needed help in finding items. I had forgotten my Ralphs card and a cashier offered hers so I could get the advertised special on the weekly marketibg flyer even though I was not aware of the discounted price despite being on the shelves, the cashier brought to my attention if I got 1 more poeraide I would getca substantial discount on each one. There needscto be more stocking however for those items on special discount flyer. Additiinalky the mens bathroom needs more attention in cleaniness, and tempting the trash.

Nice busy and crowed store. Only three stars because Ralphs just closed our favorite store at Huntington & Sunset in Arcadia.. More corporate greed. It was nice is to employee Raul in produce from the other store. He offered us a map to figure this store out. REVISED: Was three stars now one star due to being overcharged for Naked Juice. Shelf tag was $0.99 and was charged $3.19. Should report to L.A. County Weights & Measures. Watch your receipts!

I have been frequenting this Ralphs market since November 2011. The produce and meat have always been fresh and they usually have a great selection. The food products are well organized and fairly easy to find. Not only that, if you have Ralphs membership card, you get up to 20 cents off per gallon at participating Shell gas stations. Nice market with good parking, competitive pricing and the customer service is quite good, highly recommended.

7am and long lines and only two checkers working. Ive given this Ralphs to many chances to ever return here. This is the third time ive had to abandon my shopping cart and food. The lines are to long and slow here. Worst grocery store Ive ever been to. New management needed here. so long Ralphs, hello Stater Bros

Despite what Google Maps currently has listed, this location is open for business. The store is clean and seemingly well managed, and I have yet to have any issues here. Personally I prefer Trader Joes, but this grocery store is convenient for small shopping lists and more basic food items.

This is a nice clean store with a good selection. It is a medium size store. My favorite Ralphs is the store in La Canada which is a larger store. I also have a Pavillians on the way home. I prefer this Ralphs deli selection over Pavillians deli.

Place is got or miss. Most of the staff is great some are not too nice. A lot of items do not have a price tag so you have to take it to the register to find the price. Location is currently under remodel so hopefully things will be better.

Helpful management, checkers and staff on a whole. On occasions, staff in Produce dept can seem aloof and impersonal depending on whos working. Overall, this is one of the better Ralphs around town. Really love the self-checkout!!!

Been shopping there for almost 20 years. I always find what Im looking for. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are unionized so I dont worry about them being as exploited as non-union workers are in other stores.

Love shopping at Ralphs but they need to move the magazine racks from next to the disabled shopping carts. It is nearly impossible to get on them with the rack there. Already spoke with the manager to no avail.

Have avoided since getting nowhere w Mgmnt over 2 products that encourage irresponsible antisocial behavior & underage drinking. Cest la vie. We like Sprouts & TJs better anyway.

The store is too crowded with displays in the middle of aisles, many items on the very top shelves, and difficult to find an employee to help. I prefer Trader Joes and Sprouts.

Kroger has done a great job of keeping this market up to local standards, even if this store is small by Cincinnati standards. It is still the neighborhood store.
