I had a very good experience at Jared in Brookfield WI. Greg Miklya helped me out immensely. His knowledge and professionalism were remarkable, he will be my jeweler for years to come and one I would highly recommend to anyone. He assisted my girlfriend at the time now wife and I on picking out the perfect setting and diamond. I went in knowing my limit was 10k. He found the perfect pairing of stone and setting that my now wife absolutely loved, when I saw the size of the diamond and listened to him describe the cut, clarity, color, and carrot size I thought for sure he was trying to upsell me and make my wife fall in love with a ring that was out of budget. While my wife was looking at the ring admiring its beauty I was waiting anxiously for the price, Greg then said the magic words and I could not have been more pleased. Not only did Greg help pick out the perfect stone and setting he did it underbudget as well, considerably under budget. He assisted me in putting it on a short term layaway plan and one month as I went in to make a payment on a beloved ring at an agreed upon considerably lower price than my limit, he said let me check on some things for you because sometimes they have sales and mark diamonds down. He went and checked came back with awesome news that the diamond we had on layaway was on sale and we saved and additional $1300. Who does that I am sure he works on total dollar commission, but he did which allowed me to get engaged sooner than originally expected. Greg made a customer out of me, everyone else was very nice as well but Greg really went above and beyond for us. Thank you Greg and Jared in Brookfield my wife loves all the compliments she gets on her ring.

I recently took my brand new engagement ring into Jared to have it sized down. I called a few different places to figure out the turn around time and Jared said only a few hours so thats really why I chose to go there. I figured Jared being a common name in the jewelry business, these people have to know what theyre doing right? They staff was friendly but I took my ring in and they said it would actually take a day for them to size the ring... not a few hours which irritated me because I didnt feel comfortable leaving my ring there but I did anyway. So the next day I go to pick it up and it is still too big! Yet the day before when I tried on that size it fit perfectly, I understand the weather can sometimes change how a ring fits but I was not happy at first they were going to try to charge me to have it fixed but I was not about to pay they shouldve gotten it right the first time. The metal smith came out and said hed do it for free "well get it right" he said. SO I had to leave it there another entire day! Then when I went back for the 3rd time to pick it up it looked terrible the inside was all tarnished like they forgot to clean it, sure it was an easy fix but I was just overall not impressed with their quality of work. Definitely try to find somewhere else!

When I bought my new diamond I had it set in my original ring. I was not happy with how it looked and they changed the head for me. When I went to pick it up, I tried it on and I still was not happy. I told them I didn t like it. Right away they asked me how I wanted it to look and I sat down with Lori. She got me some coffee and let me sit in the lounge while they came up with some ideas for my ring. She came back out to the lounge with a book and showed me two options of heads that would work for my ring and diamond. They ordered both so I could see them and decide which one I wanted for sure. They did everything to make sure Id be happy this time. Well, I made a choice and they had it ready in only 2 hours! I LOVE IT!!!! It is everything I wanted! I am so happy with how everyone helped me and made sure I was happy. Thank you everyone at Jared! I dont know all your names, but, you are all great! Ive always been pleased with the customer service, quality and selection you have to offer! I will definitely recommend Jared to my friends and family!

After buying both my wifes bands and mine here........let me just say DONT DO IT. Have had nothing but problems with both mine and hers. Hers had to be resized......the frist time they tryed to give us her ring came out oval not round and thsy also damaged the design on her ring. Just tryed to hand us the ring. The ring was so badly damaged they had to order a new one.. With the new ring the plating came off in less then 6 months. Had to be replated. My ring had a stone come out of it less then 2 months into wearing it. Now they want to charge me for there plan again......nice to see a company that will NOT stand behind there products only after 2 months of wear.i have spent over 6000 dollars with this company. Long story short dont do it. Take your money elsewhere.

I experienced painfully bad customer service when my husband and I were creating my custom wedding bands. The initial sales associate we worked with was not a good listener at all and he quoted us an incorrect price. We paid in full for the bands that day but after we went through having several waxes made (the result of a lack of listening) we ended up with less diamonds and less gold than what we paid for. However when we brought this up to the manager, she would not honor the original pricing even though she admitted it was a mistake on their part. The whole experience with the sales associates and managers was grueling, sloppy, and dishonest.

I have loved everything about my experience with Jared. I chose a morganite ring for my engagement ring because I wanted something different. It is an absolutely gorgeous ring! I took it in today because I had a prong loose. They took it back to see how long it would take and had it back out, fixed and cleaned within five minutes. This also extended my inspection another 6 months which was a plus. I was extremely thankful given that I live an hour away. All of the associates I have encountered have been extremely nice and helpful and I would recommend their store to others.

Although I absolutely LOVE my ring, I absolutely HATE coming here for check ups. NO ONE is friendly, NO ONE is helpful, and they always treat me like I have no idea what Im talking about! I have dealt with multiple sales people as I have been in for three 6month check ups and for my rhodium dipping before our wedding. Every time I come to this location I just wish my ring was bought else-where as this is the rudest staff ever. Nothing is ever, "oh okay! No problem!" Shaws in the mall is the same company and they are a million times nicer, go there.
