The sales people are amazing. They will find you exactly what you are looking for and i looked everywhere and could not find a better price. They are the most helpful and sincere jeweler I have ever dealt with. They are helpful and work hard to get exactly what you are looking for not just trying to sell you the most expensive piece you can afford. My Wife LOVES her ring, and I could not find a better price. I will never buy anything from any other jeweler. They can even make anything you can dream up. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Great price for the highest quality.

Miss the old owners. The new Newstar under new ownership lacks communication. I was informed after I dropped my watch off that it sat waiting to be sent out for over eight days when I requested I needed it in 2 weeks. I did not find this out till I called to see if my items were done. The lady over the phone said " well, it did not go out for repair till the 9th ( sat there 8 days). I asked why I did not receive a phone called about the delay. Her answer.... " I do not know" .

Very nice people, family run. Ive bought a few pieces of jewelry from them but I have taken many pieces in for repair, they have an actual jeweler in house so your stuff does not get sent out, I like that very much! Quick turn around time on repairs and reasonably priced.
