I had a nice watch, not expensive, but I liked it. The winding knob corroded from perspiration after a while and fell off. I brought it to TDC for repair and they replaced it but after getting the watch back, the hands now stuck and the watch would stop at various times due to this. I brought it back again and was told theyd have to crack and replace the face to fix it... I wasnt happy since Id had it for so long and it didnt have a scratch on it but I told them to go ahead. When I went to pick it up, I didnt think I should have to pay for the second repair since it seemed almost certainly a result of the first repair but the guy who I think was the owner refused to accept responsibility and was kind of a jerk about it. Guess what? it still sticks after the second repair and the watch is now useless. Will NEVER go back!

My entire family has been purchasing and bringing in various pieces of jewelry that needed repairing over the years. They are so kind, trustworthy, helpful and professional. I would not trust my repair issues with any other place and to find any piece of unusual jewelry or that something really special for someone, the buck stops here!!!!

I purchased both engagement and wedding rings from TDC. Out of the many jewelry stores i went to, they had the best selection of engagement rings that best fit what I was looking. The owner was also very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the perfect ring that fit my budget.
