I would not return to shallow jewelers and I would advise against bringing any watches in for repairs or battery replacements. I brought in 4 watches to their "Master Watchmaker" I took two of them into a 5 foot pool and both filled with water and stopped working despite having been water resistant to 100m and 200m for 10 and 20 years respectively. I was then told that they never said the watches would be water proof and that they couldnt do anything. When in fact, what they said was that they couldnt CERTIFY the dive watch, but that they would retain their water resistance. In the end I payed $180.00 for them to break 2 of my watches and leave me with two that I have to send in to Citizen to have checked for fear of ruining a $600.00 eco-drive or a dive watch my father used in the Marine Corps over 20 years ago, in a heavy rain. P.S After the owner gave me some legal runaround and no satisfaction he told me to bring the watches in so that they could hit them with a hair dryer(“master watchmaker”).

I needed to have a watch band sized for a watch I received as a gift. I also needed batteries replaced in two older watches. For years I went to Hawkins Clock Center. Because their watchmaker retired, they referred me to Shallow Jewelers. When I walked in, the Jewelry Sales person was attentive to my needs and very kind in finding exactly what I wanted. Their watchmaker adjusted the band, replaced a pin in one of the other watch, changed the batteries and thoroughly cleaned my watches and bands. I found out he is one of the Shallow family and has being doing this for years. Very happy with the fast and friendly service along with the quality of work. The price was very reasonable too.

I have had such a positive experience every time Ive visited Shallow. The quality of work and customer service is unmatched. Most recently, I needed a pair of earrings serviced and Mike went above and beyond with his assistance. I had my two young children along and we felt so welcomed...it really brightened my day, especially when an errand of that type is usually very stressful with toddlers! Previously, I needed my wedding ring resized. When it didnt fit quite right after the first attempt, they resized it again in no time at all. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Mark Sr and his son Mark Jr run an awesome well priced establishment! Ive had my watch serviced here numerous times with nothing but top of the line service. Everybody in Shallow gives a warm welcome! Their employees are 2nd to none! Especially the beautiful young lady with hypnotizing eyes! She was very professional and after she satisfied my needs she continued to help other customers with the same dedication she showed me! Its awesome to have a jewelry store that actually appreciates its customers time and time again!
