My experience at the Jared store located in Joliet mall was the worst experience ever. They had no good customer service at all! The co-worker with long brown curly hair was just horrible. She gave me and my boyfriend attitude towards choosing a pandora bracelet for our mothers. We asked deals for the pandora bracelet and she answered which such a terrible attitude. When a customer is asking a question about a piece of jewelry , you expect a great answer because its good quality your paying good money. Nobody likes a "sign" as if tired of speaking and acting mad. Who knows if she was having a bad day but you dont express your feelings towards customers. Then when I asked if I needed to pay to clean jewelry or if she could explain how that worked she simply responded with "Uh no you just bring it in and we clean it?" She made me feel very stupid because I would have not known it was my first time shopping at Jared in the Joliet mall. Also I wasnt done looking around the store and she got very angry at me! Looking at me like she was about to say "Really!? Hurry up!" Anyways its certainly a horrible store I dont recommend going. I most certainly wont be going back.

Let me first start out by saying that my experience I had while shopping for an engagement ring was a NIGHTMARE I was losing all hope and even considered putting the proposal on the back burner for a while! I was after a specific style of ring and I was also having trouble finding an Emerald cut diamond. It needed to be perfect. And I just wasnt having any luck. Until I went to Jareds and met Sarah. She instantly made me feel welcome and answered ALL of my questions without getting frustrated or aggravated with me which seems to be common in most jewelry stores. She took her time and put me at ease. We sat down and picked out the most beautiful setting together and she helped me find the PERFECT diamond! The ring was STUNNING! Everyone at Jareds is so nice! And although the store is full of gorgeous jewelery, Sarah is the real Gem! I will definitely back in the near future and send all of my friends and family along the way!! P.S. She said YES!!

If i could give less than 1 star I would. They told me they were going to review my information for a credit PRE-QUALIFICATION. Then, 2 weeks later, I received a card and -21 points off my credit score. When I addressed it with the store, they said they can do nothing for me. They have absolutely terrible customer service and I will never associate with them again in my life. I am absolutely appalled by their terrible customer service not only in store, but with corporate as well. NEVER again will I visit a Jared store.

Worst place in the world, they deserve 0 stars no 1, they treat us like burglars, my fiancé and me were just looking for a matching band for my engagement ring and they didnt even make an effort to show us what we want, they want to sell us what they want, and the service was terrible, to rude, even if i love a band there, im not buying it for any reason in this world just because of her attitude, woman you need to learn how to treat people or get another job.
