I have a one year old pup who has recently been experiencing a lot of anxiety issues and allergy issues. Ive had had more issues with my vet and was unfortunately becoming more and more frustrated. Ive came into pet people multiple times and have always had the best customer service but this time it was outstanding. I called in the other night and spoke with Kayla on the phone about all the issues weve been experiencing. She gave me excellent advice and the next day I went to the store she remembered everything about what we were dealing with and what I needed! I got excellent products and I felt she was really helping me and not trying to sell me things, which is really what excellent customer service is about. I love this pet store! Every time I go in, the staff is wonderful. This last time, I had my toddler with me. One of the employees helped me get my two giant bags of pet food off the shelves. While she checked me out and fielded the frequent buyer punch cards and receipts I practically threw at her as I tried to keep my kid from grabbing fist fulls of dog treats, another employee came over. She distracted my daughter with stickers and played with her on the floor until I was done checking out. The first employee then helped me load everything into my car. I feel like they both went completely out of their way to help me out and I am so grateful!

I love this store concept. Great prices (even to find the same products online for that price is a challenge), great selection, great staff. They actually have to go through courses on nutrition and such, so this staff is top-notch. They know their stuff and they love pets. Gretchen is always willing to answer a flood of questions on any topic and it seems like she knows everything about every item in the store. And my dog loves this store :) Thanks guys, I will dearly miss you now that I have moved.. 100% recommended

Great place, not a large selection for cat toys and treats. Has Fromm brand food and one of the only ones around. They ask every time you come in if they can get what you need and bring it up to the counter (better for older or disabled customers). If your animal doesnt like the type of food they will offer you a refund or exchange for another brand or flavor, donating the food your animal didnt like to a shelter. Great choice for my picky cats.

Amazing selection of high quality food and incredibly knowledgable staff. They are always helpful and ready to answer questions. You can tell that everyone working there really loves animals and is committed to helping their customers. They usually have tons of samples if you are looking to switch foods and will take back anything your pet wont eat. Their customer loyalty programs are great, too.

I travel throughout central Ohio and have visited all of their locations and I have found that associates at every site are consistently knowledgeable about their products. I was chasing down a particular product and they set up a special order process that assures that I will have what I need when I need it. Thanks to all!

I come in there a lot to get food and other items for my dog. Most times Im there, an employee named Kaylan takes care of me. If I said shes very hard working, that would be an understatement! Her awesomeness is beyond description!

The people here are great, but the prices are insanely high. I understand being a little more expensive because its a small shop, but there is no reason your prices should be twice that of wal-mart that is 2 minuets away.
