Adam really went over and above. I mis-read hours and drove over after 8 today on Saturday. He came to the door at 8:15 and through the glass I told him we brought home a brand new kitten and he wasnt adjusting to the litter we had and the breeder gave us the name of the stuff she used and only they had it. We didnt want to have messes all over our house so I came right over but clearly they are closed. He let me pay the exact amount since the register was closed and sold it to me out the door. Life (and hardwood floor finish) saver. Thanks Adam!!

The staff is excellent! They helped me find the right products for my cat! He was going outside the litter box and we couldnt get him to stop. I bought a new box and new litter. They really know what theyre doing!

Customer service is excellent and they have special deals often. Even though the premium dog food is expensive, sometimes I was happy to find clearance treats or toys at a significant savings.
