I go to this store a few times a week being a new fairly new dog owner. The staff are so friendly and the place is always kept so clean and the prices are great. Now last few times I been in the store I am realizing how the employees have no knowledge of the products they sell. Being that this is a specialty store I would assume they would know but when I asked about a different brand of wet dog food that was on sale not one employee could help me or even try to help look the information up at all they all simply said oh we dont know . Same with some of the flea treatment I was asking about. I mean I know store employees are not vets but I believe you should be at least semi knowlegable about products you are selling.

This place is really a great place to not only take your pets but they have the best selection of pet food, toys, etc. One of my favorite things is the self-service washing station for your pets, they provide everything you need along with the cleanup afterwards to have your animal smelling and looking amazing. Definitely puts petsmart to shame with pricing and selection.
