They are great, they care about animals and animal welfare. If you have a dog or cat, I cannot recommend PetPeople enough. What I would love to see most is a larger selection of items for birds, small animals, fish, and reptiles. I would say that these types of animals, more than any, need people who are knowledgeable like the ones here. The places most people go to buy these little guys know little about their care. Terrible products are mixed with the decent stuff. People just dont know how much care they need, so animals get sick, they get behavioral issues, they get put in rescue. Owners need someone to talk to about their pets, so they can start on the right foot. PetPeople would be a great place to do this. Not sure how they could start a customer base as people tend to flock to where they first bought their pets, but the little critters really do need more people who respect them.

Love this store! Great quality products and staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and guide you to the best product for your needs. They also,most of the time by default, will carry your bag of dog food up to the front counter so you can continue shopping and then offer to carry it out to your car for you! Like I said, awesome products, awesome brands, dogs mostly, good sections for cats and cat food, a little bit of small animal stuff, offers frozen raw bones, bulk treats, and bakery style treats for dogs as well. Its my pet supply store of choice every time!

She helped me choose a new food for my dog and had some really great tips for food transitioning and background information on the food manufacturer. The staff is incredibly knowledgable about pet nutrition. They knew more than my vet about why my cat might be vomitting, recommended better food without wheat and more moisture, and it helped. Very skilled staff, worth every penny.

The staff is amazingly knowledgeable. They always carry my dog food to my car. They even let me drop off treat and toy donations for local shelters because they make regular donations of returned products anyways!

This store is a good place to find different cat and dog foods for your picky/limited diet pet. Frequent purchase rewards for bags of food or cases of wet food help with the cost.
