The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are TOP quality. I needed to switch from Solid Gold, and Paige, the manager helped me pick out one that was even better! For a point of reference, my mom and I only shopped for our husky at the Pet People in Gahanna; we have been loyal customers bwcause Pet People is hands down THE BEST. Our husky was almost 16 when she passed away, and we owe much of the time we had with her to all of the wonderful recommendations by the employees and the quality of brands they carry.

My wife and I have a 6 month old chocolate lab and ever since we got him we have been getting all of our pet supplies from Pet People. Every single time we go in they are helpful, but not pushy about their merchandise. They are always nice even when you walk in right before they close, and they are always friendly with our puppy when we bring him in with us. Their store is always clean and well stocked with a variety of food and accessories. They are the nicest people weve ever had to deal with at a pet store!

This is the best pet store ever! We happened across it while out shopping and we found our favorite all natural dog treats for way cheaper than the fancy mall store, Moochie, where we usually get these hard to find treats. Well be back often and highly recommend it! The staff was awesome too! :)

Love this place, high quality food, chews, toys, and more. mostly dog stuff, also cat and a few small animal. Higher prices but its really good stuff. Top of the line food you cant find other places. Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful
