So it looks like they erase the posts with 3 or less stars but Im going to write this anyway. Just got back from Mutts n Co on Sawmill Rd after an absolute horrible experience. I brought my dog Charlie in for a "grooming" and they literally just shaved him from head to toe and left 2 bold spots on his head all for $60.00. The groomer looked over Charlie for a few minutes prior to taking him back and told me she knew exactly what needed to be done. Very vague. Didnt give me any specifics. He came out completely shaven to the skin. The groomer and some blonde girl told me every excuse in the book as to why this needed to be done. I was so upset I could barley contain myself. The groomer could have told me upfront that my dog needed to be shaved to the skin for certain but didnt. They could have gave me options. Like this is what we recommend and are you ok with that. Not this is what needed to be done and just deal with it. No one should be treated this way. Very poor customer recovery. Next time walk the customer through what needs to be done and then let them decide if they want that for there pet.

I started going to Mutts and Co because it was the closest pet store to me at the time...I assumed itd be overpriced because its all "natural" dog food and its in an upper middle class suburban area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only are their prices competitive, but they offer buy 3 get 1 free deals (sometimes but 2, get 1 free! ) and the loyalty program offers discounts. Ive since moved about 20 miles away, but I still drive out there because they are the only store that carries my dogs food and Heather and Katie do an outstanding job grooming! All the employees are so great and obviously genuinely care about animals, its refreshing. I highly recommend Mutts & Co New Albany! !!

My dog tends to be extremely anxious with nail trims and we were previously told by Petsmart we were no longer allowed to bring her. I stopped by Mutts & Co for a last chance to see if they were able to handle her better so I wouldnt have to have them clipped by my vet every month. They were amazing! They brought her in, let her walk around and smell everything before they took extra care to trim her nails. While my dog still didnt like it she left in a much happier mood than Ive ever seen her after a nail trim and she even let the groomer pet her and give her treats. Overall, everyone is really nice and well certainly make this our regular stop for pet supplies.

Quality products and a great self wash! Staff is always direct, honest welcoming and not pushy. I have had the same consistent experience at all their locations. The groomer Annie at Dublin always does a wonderful job with my dogs grooming.

The assistant manger there was incredibly helpful. Today was my first visit there, and I was able to find multiple toys durable enough for my Great Dane. I will definitely be coming back to use the self serve dog wash too!

Katie did a beyond amazing job trimming my dogs nails. Hes a very shy and timmed, she was very friendly, fast and professional. We will now be scheduling all of his trims with her.
