if i can i wont give any stars for this store, its sucks. I always be there buy the Russel rabbit food for my jumbo bunny every week or every other weeks. When I was there this Wednesday, I was told no more on stock so that they let me leave a note and pick it up on the coming Saturday. This morning when I was there, I asked them to pick up the Russel Rabbit food, they said I never be there and leave a message. Fortunately, there were some remains on the shelf, I got three 6lbs Russel Rabbit food and want to check out, they said that they were no longer able to give me the discount, and the people who said he was the manager in store, called Ryden ( I am not sure I spell right), his attitude was very bad,he said," I dont remember you, such a big store, I dont care customer, they will always come here, whatsoever.......balabala....."(While I called him back he told me that), I was threaten by his attitude, I promise that I wont be there any longer. Sucks! The golden hair girl working at front, she lies to the customers as well, she has my notes in her drawer, but she said she cannot remember.They are not nice person, no, they are liers.

They dont have quite the variety that I would like, but when they do have what I need, the prices are reasonable. They are also very good about price matching. Unlike my experience with Petco, there is absolutely no hassle here. If you find the regular price of an item (e.g., cat litter) is a dollar less somewhere else, they dont hassle you for proof (e.g., a photograph of the price label on the shelf). Its just a dollar, so theyre willing to spare you the aggrevation to keep the customer happy. Now THATS customer service. The staff here have always been great to me, and they also offer to help you carry goods out to your car. I just wish they sold the canned food I need. If they can special order something for you, they will. But unfortunately, the entire chain does not stock this brand.

I come in to buy some snake bedding, but first I look at the animals. I look at the leopard geckos and Im disgusted by what I see. I see a poor gecko who is very skinny, his spine is visible, and I see a cricket the size of his head. I walk over and see the fish, there is a catfish that is covered in fuzzy stuff. I walk to see the snakes, I see a ball python without proper heat. Dont come here, they dont care for their animals.

Their customer relations is top notch. They are always extremely friendly, super helpful, and willing to go way beyond the norm to insure customer satisfaction. They carry a huge selection of Ohio based products and locally sourced natural dog foods. Their sale prices on products are typically significant. Most importantly, I cant say enough about their friendly, helpful staff and customer oriented businesses practices.

The staff were so helpful from the moment I walked in. The guy assisting me found a better quality food for the same price for my dog without any hesitation. I also was there to purchase a deshedding brush, and when I showed him the price of the product on Amazon he matched it in no time at all! Ive been to other pet supplies plus before, but this one had such phenomenal customer service that I had to leave a review.

There is a female manager that is not very friendly, the male 1 is tho. When buying bulk dog treats b careful, MANY times we have had bugs in them, leave them tied in plastic bag a few days to see if any are in them. Also wrapped bones have bugs in them quite often. Their prices have raised quite a bit lately. The employees overall are nice & helpful, except Emma the manager that is.

I really enjoy shopping here - it is smaller than most pet stores, but the only thing Ive looked for there that I couldnt find was a leather breakaway cat collar (and there was only one option at PetSmart, so theyre in pretty low demand). They have sales a lot and coupons if you get the rewards card (just a keychain ring).

The prices were a bit expensive, selection was good, but the place really doesnt feel very inviting. Maybe its the harsh fluorescent bulbs. Also, it smells like wet animal. It is a pet supply shop, but still.
