Had a GREAT experience here!! I used the self-service grooming station with my 60lb lab and it was a BREEZE!! For $10 I was able to bathe him (4 shampoos to choose from: Shampoo/Conditioner, Aloe Shampoo, Oatmeal shampoo, and De-shredder shampoo, rinsing, blow drying and towel drying). It saved me the mess of doing it at home, which is the part I hate most. I also came in contact with the most respectful staff who took time to talk to me and my puppy on entry and exit from the store. I will absolutely be back!!

While it looks small, it does have pet training, a do it yourself pet wash station, and professional groomers. I have used the grooming services for my dog. I think the staff is very polite, professional, and proficient. The cost for the services rendered are midrange, and well worth it. The reason i did not give 5 stars? It doesnt have as many options for adopting pets that I have normally seen in a store.

Love this PSP because it has a pet wash, which is a must for when my dogs need a bath. Much easier to wash them here than at my house (less cleaning up, less breaking my back). And if you buy a Pet Wash card its only $5 each wash. I think thats a great deal considering Id have to clean my entire bathroom and unclog the drain after washing my dogs).

I am a huge fan of this location. The staff is helpful and friendly. This location always has everything nicely stocked, with a large variety of the top brands like Orijen and Primal. They have the name tag machine here. They also price match here, even with Amazon!! And even tho I dont return things often, when.I have, its been a breeze.

Great store. The only place Ill take my husky.... On the other hand, I took him to get groomed and bathed. Seems like all they did was bathe him, very disappointed, especially because I tipped the groomer as I always do for any services. I cant believe how much hair is coming off my dog now.

Nothing special about the prices, but there are many more products offered than any local big box store. Theyll price match Amazon which is a plus. Was gonna give three stars, but a couple of the guys I go see there Ive built slight rapport with so the service is good once youve found them.

Had my Bishon mix groomed by Rachel. What an outstanding job! She groomed Gabbi exactly how we had asked and did a phenomenal job all the way down to the cute little bows! If your looking for a great groomer that does wonderful work, look no further than Rachel at Pet Supplies Plus!
