All the employees I have come into contact thus far are friendly, willing to help, theyre patient, and they seem to be more knowledgeable about the animals than the employees in most other pet stores. I like that their employees are so easy going and ready to help! I have bought 4 hermit crabs from this pet store and all were healthy. I then bought 7 fish 2 days ago and when I got home I only had 6 fish and one was picking on all of the others. So, yesterday I tell them about only having 6 fish and about my problem with the fish that was biting my other fish. They then proceeded to help me and I bought 6 more fish. So far, all of the fish I bought from this establishment seem to be healthy. I do like their prices a lot better than other pet stores, they seem to have better deals on most, if not all, of their animals and items. If its not a better deal it is typically the same price, not higher. I do love this pet store. It takes care of its animals very well from what Ive seen every time I go in. It could be a little better for the animals but Ive never seen any animals sick other than when some of their fish got ick and they posted signs and treated them. Their animals have always looked well fed and have proper means of hiding. There are a few tips I would give them for animal care if Im aloud though. I understand that the small cages are just temporary so that doesnt bother me. I would just give them some easy tips that they could do to make some of the animals that I am knowledgeable about more comfortable. All and all though, I love this place and I will continue to shop here!

Its pretty much the only pet store in town decent prices and selection the staff can be pretty rude at times and i just deal with it. But however some of the reptiles to my knowledge arent being treated right and my beardie has MDB because of it. The heat lamps they use are red and the temps are low i feel bad for the poor babies. Anyways just go here if you need a quick way to get food. Or a leash for a dog. Pets welcome!

Love the great customer service and friendly folks that work there. My daughter likes to go there and hold the animals....especially the bunnies. The staff are always so eager to assist her and never act as if she is a bother to them. When Im looking for a certain item, the staff is also very helpful to assist me in finding what I need. Great to have this store in the neighborhood!!

My experiance with this store was great. I live right up the road from the store and could not be happier with the service I recived. I got my Schnauzer groomer there this week and the girl who did him was friendly and let me watch him being done. Haircut looked great and he even gave her a kiss at the end, happy that you guys are here!

Took the pup to get groomed for the first time. The girl was so great with both dogs! I cant wait to take them back. It was $80 for full groom, nail trim and nail rounding for two dogs. They even left with cute little bandanna.
