I stopped by today, as I had a few minutes to spare before an appointment. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff was also friendly and asked if I needed assistance. However, there were a few dead Beta fish and quite other dead fish in the tanks. Ive been considering the purchase of an aquarium, but seeing the dead fish was a big turn off. I understand that its probably tough to keep an eye on all of the animals, but I just hope that they are being well taken care of and fed appropriately.

I love the quality of their pet care options that they sell and the wonderful, friendly and helpful people that work there! Its also impressive how they allow a small town Humane Society of Morrow County to set up adoption promotions for the available animals to get more exposure to try to find great homes for them. This store also collects donations for multiple animal welfare agencies wich is a huge public service to the betterment of the lives of so many animals.

They always automatically carry out my dog food to my car without me asking for assistance. I would usually say that I dont need help out, but when I have two toddlers with me, its kind of nice that they insist.

The staff is what makes this place stand out. Every time I shop, the manager helps me load my purchases in my car. And usually I dont even have heavy stuff. He is just being very friendly and helpful.
