Chevy Bowtie

This store has very few aquariums to maintain yet they are in such poor condition. The tanks do not have lights nor heaters. They are connected to a smoke shop and they are never in the pet store to help. Theyre not experienced in taking care of fish or any aquatic life; when we purchased two jumbo neon tetras, the owner asked us how big they get which a pet store owner should know, especially if they carry fish. What irritated me the most was the baby turtles also have no light, the water was disgusting, and there was a dead turtle upside down in the take. Turtles are not hard to maintain yet they let them die, just imagine the health of the fish. The geckos tank was full of feces, it has a light but the 3 times I went in there the light was never on. Bottom line, do not shop there.

Its not the stores supplies that concerns me but the very poor living conditions provided for the animals; rabbits in particular. As a volunteer at a rabbit shelter, its not difficult for me to notice that these wonderful animals are just neglected. Theres a dam with a few babies locked in a small aquarium, which is not the right house for a rabbit in the first place. Theres no access to fresh water or hay, which should be provided for rabbits on regular basis. Lack of a litter box forces the animals to use the (already small in size) floor of the aquarium to urine. As a result the rabbits basically swim in their own droppings. The situation is alarming!!!!!

I was taken back by the huge inventory and cheap pricing on all the dog food they have to offer. I have been going to pet smart for sometime now, and it is nice to see a family owned store in the area. The owner was very helpful and even offered to beat any advertised price of the big name chain stores. They even carry a small variety of pets such as fish and rabbits. ...It is great to see a family owned place around where the owner and his wife appreciate my business, and are willing to help me with whatever I need. Sure beats the neglect of the chain stores.

The owner is extremely nice. Can find many good deals for our fur babys. Also now starting to carry reef crystals beating LFS pricing. If you are looking for any supplies dont hesitate to ask Mark if he can get they have limited stock just ASK. Staff very pleasant. Now primarily getting my dog and saltwater supplies here. Dont miss good deals and friendly service. Not to mention ho next door buy a pop or milk. Heck even coffee reasonably priced compared to going to a grocery store or even walmart. DONT CHANGE MARK

The store was closed well before the time posted on the door, and when we asked if we could come in to get a bottle for our newborn kittens, the manager looked as if he was threatening to call the police.

Had a good selection of dog food , seems lightly stocked and products only have a 5 month shelf life. Maybe Thats why its a few dollars cheaper. Store needs some TLC but Id return .
