Everything about this STORE is okay. The woman manager in there was rude speaking to us about a choke collar. We haf brought the two pitbulls very protective i might add. And barked upon entering the building. And she was rudely pushing us out of the building by saying u can make the chain shorter do u want it? We can ring u up right here in a hurried voice like she didnt want the dogs in there. Theyre not babies and theyre not demons....wheres the respect!?!?

Manager or Owner whoever is absolutely dreadful! Incredibly rude and very unprofessional. She has no idea how to properly talk to or interact with customers. I manage a local business myself and would never talk to a customer the way she did to me today. She needs some courses in customer service- STAT! Look at all these bad reviews! Get a clue lady. You just lost a whole family of long-time customers.

Yes! one manager there is very rude, she has talked rude to my mom and I their before. They are slow sometimes when it comes to getting crickets, but the actual workers their are very nice. I just stay out of the way of the manager and there is not a close pet store to go to besides this one.

Pretty standard for a pet store. Clean, friendly staff, AND if they dont carry what youre looking for they will do their best to put in an order through their distributor for whatever you need. They have pretty good coupons and "membership" rewards which are free.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Always friendly and helpful and accommodating to my dog, Diesel. Im heading over there now to buy food for my dog and cat right now.

they are slow and takes them like 20 mins just to get feeder fish, which they never r stocked up on so i have to feed my turtle something else

The employees are incredibly nice, but the woman manager is incredibly rude. Has no idea how to run a store. Never buying here again.
