I had James do a home visit for some maintenance on our salt water tank while my husband was deployed. I requested a few things in particular be done. Like fix the skimmer. He did not fix it at all, I ended up fixing it myself. He was suppose to take some of my water back to the to test it and call me the next day with results. After a whole week of me calling them everyday to get those water test results I gave up. Jim kept giving me some excuse that James phone may not be working good and so on and so on. I paid this company $80 and it was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. The customer service is AWFUL and their facility is disgusting. The smell when you walk in the store is enough to make you gag. This is one of the worst places in valdosta. Dont waste your time or money using them.

These guys are awesome (Unlike Petsmart): Jim and associates are some of the most patient people I have come across. Recently purchased a 120G saltwater aquarium and they listened/answered all of my questions (roughly several hundred)...they even stayed late to help explain some dos/donts of the trade. I really appreciate their help and customer service. Go local home town business!

So much more to offer than Petsmart, with better prices and many exotics you wont find anywhere else near Valdosta! I only wish he had some larger tanks to sell than 100 gallon, but a great selection for the casual hobbyists for tanks as well. I have found my newest dedicated fish supplier.

This is a great place to buy healthy fish and quality items at a good price. The owner is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns when I began my saltwater tank hobby about two months ago.

I bought 4 fish from there and put them in my tank and those 4 fish put ick in my tank and killed all of my fish I will never shop there again for fish for my tank.

The owner is very knowledgeable on any questions you have. You can find everything dealing with fish in this store and if he doesnt have it, he can get it.
