I have my German Rottweiler in training there. He started out in the beginner class and now is in the intermediate class. Steve, their dog trainer is just great. I drive by the other Rochester Hills location which is much closer to my house because Steve is that good and worth the extra drive time. Anyone looking for either a group dog class or one on one training should go and talk to him. I promise you will not be disappointed.

During my visit to the pet hospital, the staff encountered a computer error which caused me to be charged for services that shouldve been covered by my pets preventive care plan. Brianna went above and beyond to sort this out, calling corporate, getting in touch with her off-duty manager, and was calm and collected the whole time. I highly recommend this location.

Decent you selection, vet has made me mad more then one time. Front desk person calls to set up an appointment because my dog is due to come in, schedules me for 4pm the next day, I get there and they say o this needs to be a drop off appointment we cant take her today youll have to reschedule. I also believe they might be mean to my dog.

Huge selection of products for your pet. I am a dog owner/lover and regularly use the grooming service at this location without any problems. There are a few boutique pet stores popping up in the area but I am finding them to be over priced with no significant difference in inventory to drive me to change.

This PetsMart is nice and the staff is friendly and caring just like any other PetsMart. I have noticed that the prices on items seem to be a few dollars higher at this PetsMart than the one in Troy. Other than that a great place to get all your pet needs!

Would of been better, but didnt have product that we needed. Was on sale, and only had one on the shelf, and no more till monday when there truck came in. Would seem they would have alot more stock on shelf and in backstock to cover sale.

Take my dog here for training for the price it was well worth it. Looked at other places that were around $1000 for training pet smart was able to do the same training for $200 and the instructor is extremely knowledgeable

Nice place, good selection of food and toys. The only problem is there is usually only one cashier when I go. That only seems to be an issue when I am carrying a big bag of dog food though.

Large store. I had no problems with the service. Large selection for fish. Had a lot of supplies. Didnt get a great look at other sections but didnt seem to have variety of reptiles.
