I took my dog to Petco to get groomed on Tuesday. She looked super cute when I picked her up, with a bow in her hair and her hair was parted. However 2 days later, and the bow taken out of her hair and her hair no longer parted, she looks exactly the same as when we took her there! Her hair is still in her eyes, and she is super fluffy (she is a Yorkie Bichon Poodle puppy) (ALSO I only took her there because I had a 50% off coupon, which they did not know about until I paid) I cant believe without the coupon this grooming would have been $45!!

Their store is so nasty. It smells disgusting and they dont take care of their pets. I found sick hamster, rat and turtle. I told them they have lump and they are bleeding and they didnt do anything at all. I went back next day it even got worse. As a pet owner that just make me so sick. I do not own a hamster or a rat but just by looking at them having difficulty was just so sad. I cannot believe they never did anything.

The staff here is always so helpful! They always go out of their way to help you save money. For example, one employee got us some coupons we could use on our purchase. Another time, a different employee told us they price match with their online store and in-store at Petsmart and we were able to save $30 on a cat tree that was cheaper online. The store is always really clean and has a good selection.

Took my dog to get his nails clipped, not only were they unprofessional talking about their wages and the company....they made my dog so uncomfortable they couldnt even finish. I told the lady to not grab his testicles, she continues and of course he wont like it...never never will i return. I wont even shop there anymore!!

My wife and I took our dog here for 3 different training classes. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Our trainer Nikki is awesome and very much an expert teacher and dog trainer. We had a very good experience and highly recommend the Allen Park Petco for shopping and positive dog training classes!

Workers were very helpful in finding what I needed and extremely good with pets. I was also informed of some new products and how it was better then the current product on the market and the worker wasnt pushy about trying to make me buy it either. Check out process was quick as well. All around great pet store!

I love a place that treats my dog so special. But they are pricey. My dog helped his self to some dog treats and the staff did not put up a fuss. One little thing, need more help on the floor.

Their grooming services are not your typical Petco grooming staff. Travis is amazing and does a spectacular job especially with more difficult breeds. Highly recommend him!
